Inequalities of the electron density at the nucleus and radial expectation values of the ground state for the lithium isoelectronic sequence 下载免费PDF全文
The electron density at the nucleus, ρ(0), and the radial expectation values, (-2≤n≤10), of the ground state for the lithium isoelectronic sequence are calculated with a full core plus correlation (FCPC) wavefunctions. By using these obtained expectation values, the accurate inequalities of the electron density at the nucleus and the radial expectation values derived by Gálvez and Porras for these systems are examined and verified. The final results show that FCPC wavefunctions used in this work can give satisfactory results in full configuration space. 相似文献

ABSTRACTExplicit analytical expressions are presented for the density derivative, ?gHS(R; ρ)/?ρ, of the Percus–Yevick approximation to the hard-sphere radial distribution function for R ≤ 6σ, where σ is the hard-sphere diameter and ρ = (N/V)σ3 is the reduced density, where N is the number of particles and V is the volume. A FORTRAN program is provided for the implementation of these for R ≤ 6σ, which includes code for the calculation of gHS(R; ρ) itself over this range. We also present and incorporate within the program code convenient analytical expressions for the numerical extrapolation of both quantities past R = 6σ. Abstract The electronic stopping of heavy ions with 7 ≤ Z, ≤ 54 in low-index directions of thin gold single crystals is measured in the energy range 200 keV ≤ E ≤ 1100 keV. Large oscillations in electronic stopping power are observed for constant ion velocity. The stopping powers of different low-index directions are compared. 相似文献

Double-diffusive natural convection in an inclined cavity with the presence of magnetic field is studied numerically via heatline and massline approach. The governing equations are discretized using the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM). In this investigation, the controlling parameters involved are Rayleigh number (103 ≤ Ra ≤ 105), buoyancy ratio (−5 ≤ N ≤ 5), cavity inclination angle (0° ≤ Ø ≤ 180°), Lewis number (2 ≤ Le ≤ 10), Prandtl number (Pr = 5.0) and Hartmann number (0 ≤ Ha ≤ 50). The numerical results obtained by the effect of parameters mentioned above are reported as contours of streamlines, isotherms, isoconcentrations, heatlines, and masslines. The obtained results are compared with the existing literature to validate the coding. The heat and mass transfer rate decrease with increasing the magnetic field and increase with an increase in Rayleigh number. The impact of Ø is maximum for higher Ra and negligible for lower Ra (103). Increasing Le influences the mass transfer rate to increase and heat transfer to reduce for both opposing and aiding flow. 相似文献

Ten bands of the A3Π(1) → X1Σ+ emission system of I35Cl, lying at wavelengths of 8180 – 10000 Å, have been analyzed rotationally in the ranges 0 ≤ v′ ≤ 4 and 6 ≤ v″ ≤ 9. Constants determined from least-squares fits of frequencies of individual bands are merged with constants derived from absorption data. RKR potentials for both states are reported, and the Franck-Condon factors for ICl (A-X) have been computed for 0 ≤ v′ ≤ 35 and 0 ≤ v″ ≤ 9. 相似文献

Occupation probabilities of neutron and proton single-particle orbits are estimated for a number of spherical and close to spherical nuclei with 20 ≤ Z ≤ 50 and 20 ≤ N ≤ 82 near the Fermi energy. The estimates are made according to the formula of the BCS theory with single-particle energies calculated using the mean-field model with dispersive optical potential. The closeness of the occupation probabilities to 0 and 1 is demonstrated for nuclei with traditional and new magic numbers. 相似文献

The hydrostatic pressure dependence of magnetic properties are reported for antiferromagnetic RSb where R = Nd, Gd, Tb, Dy, HoorEr. Measurements were made for pressures 0 ≤ p ≤ 10 kbar, magnetic fields 0 ≤ H0 ≤ 60 kG, and temperatures 1.4 K ≤ T ≤ 35 K. dTN/dP shows no systematic trend and ranges from -0.038 K/kbar for DySb to + 0.21 K/kbar for NdSb. The magnetic properties of DySb are strongly P-dependent, whereas those of HoSb are P-independent, but sample-dependent. 相似文献

Expressions are obtained for the efficiency of absorption and scattering of radiation by uniform spheroids in the quasi-static approximation and the region of their applicability is studied. The prolate and oblate nonabsorbing particles with refractive indices 1.1≤n≤10 and axial ratios 1.1≤a/b≤100 were studied. The approximation expressions are found for the particle size at which the efficiency factors are calculated in the quasi-static approximation with an accuracy of 1%. 相似文献

Forced convection heat transfer characteristics of a torus (maintained at a constant temperature) immersed in a streaming fluid normal to the plane of the torus are studied numerically. The governing equations, namely, continuity, momentum and thermal energy in toroidal coordinate system, are solved using a finite difference method over ranges of parameters (aspect ratio of torus, 1.4 ≤ Ar ≤ 20; Reynolds number, 20 ≤ Re ≤ 40; Prandtl number, 0.7 ≤ Pr ≤ 10). Over the ranges of parameters considered herein, the nature of flow is assumed to be steady. In particular, numerical results elucidating the influence of Reynolds number, Prandtl number and aspect ratio on the isotherm patterns, local and average Nusselt numbers for the constant temperature (on the surface of the torus) boundary condition. As expected, at large aspect ratio the flow pattern and heat transfer are similar to the case of flow and heat transfer over a single circular cylinder. 相似文献
