New compounds of trimethoprim heterocyclic derivatives were synthesized. These compounds were synthesized through the condensation reaction between trimethoprim with bromoacetic acid to yield compound 1. Several Schiff bases 27 have been synthesized by the condensation different aromatic aldehydes with compound 1. Compound 8 were formed from the reaction of sodium nitrite and acetyl acetone in presence of conc. hydrogen chloride to obtain the hydrazono derivative; then, Cyclocondensation of compound 8 with hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine and dinitrophenyl hydrazine respectively to yield compounds 911 in ethanol affording the pyrazoline derivatives. This work involves the synthesis of some 1,2,3-Triazoles derived from compound 1 by the action of sodium azide on the diazonium chloride salt to yield 5-azido-8-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-3(2H)-one 12. Finally, by reaction of 12 with acetyl acetone and ethyacetoacetate; respectively in sodium ethoxide/ethanol as a solvent to form compounds 13, 14. The structures of the compounds 114 were characterized by elemental analysis, spectral data and antimicrobial evaluation of the some newly synthesized compounds and found that the synthesized compounds are active against tested Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Proteus.  相似文献

Reaction of 6‐amino‐2‐thiouracil 1 with ethyl bromoacetate yielded ethyl 2‐(7‐amino‐2,5‐dioxo‐3,5‐dihydro‐2H‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐6‐yl)acetate 2 . Reaction of 2 with sodium ethoxide afforded the pyrrolothiazolopyrimidine derivative 3 . Compound 2 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give 7‐amino‐thiazolopyrimidine‐carbohydrazide 4 . The latter compound 4 reacted with carbon disulphide to form 7‐amino‐6‐(oxadiazolylmethyl) thiazolopyrimidine 5 . Compound 5 was heated in methanol to yield 9‐thioxotriazolopyrrolothiazolopyrimidine 6 . Also, the reaction of 3 with aromatic aldehydes afforded the diarylmethylenepyrrolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives 7a‐c . The latter compounds 7a‐c underwent cyclocondensation with hydroxylamine to give diaryldioxazolopyrrolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives 8a‐c . The new prepared compounds were subjected for antioxidant and antituomer studies, some of these compounds exhibited promising activity.  相似文献

我们合成2-苯氧及取代苯氧甲基-3-喹啉酸乙酯(4-8)之后,经水解得相应的酸(9-13),再环化制得了1-苯并氧杂草并[3,4-b]喹啉-13(6H)-酮和其卤素及烷基取代衍生物(4)-(18)。由化合物(18)经氰化,水解得到羧酸衍生物(20)。对于19个新化合物的结构由元素分析、红外光谱及核磁谱予以证实。  相似文献

设计了两条新的固相有机合成路线合成了1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮化合物4. 一条是由Merrifield树脂负载的羟基苯甲醛1a~1c和氨基脲反应得到缩氨基脲树脂2a~2c, 再在乙醇钠存在下和氯乙酸乙酯成环, 经盐酸切割得到1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮; 另一条是将Merrifield树脂用二甲基亚砜氧化氯甲基末端醛化后, 与氨基脲反应得到负载的缩氨基脲6, 经环化、切割得到目标产物4. 这两种方法中用1 mol/L的盐酸代替三氟乙酸作为切割剂, 产物单一、操作简便、可定量反应, 是合成1-氨基-2,4-咪唑二酮化合物的新方法.  相似文献

以双标记13 C,15 N3-氨基脲为原料,先与苯甲醛缩合,继而与氯乙酸乙酯取代、环化,再经盐酸水解反应后与5-硝基糠醛二乙酯反应,最终制得双标记13 C,15 N3-呋喃妥因.产物经红外光谱、高效液相色谱及质谱表征.结果表明,所选用的合成路线反应条件温和,产物总收率高于60%,且同位素丰度不下降;目标产物的化学纯度>99.0%,13 C同位素丰度>98%,15 N同位素丰度>99%.  相似文献

1,10菲啰啉5,6二酮(2)与1,10菲啰啉5,6二酮单肟(3)作为稠杂环共轭配体,既具有良好的配位特性,又是重要的有机合成反应中间体。由化合物2和它的衍生物与金属离子形成的配合物可以用于抗肿瘤药物、DNA探针、非线性光学材料、超分子组装分子骨架、自旋交叉配合物等许多领域。化合物3则用于有机光致变色化合物螺噁嗪的合成。化合物2无法直接用氧化剂氧化1,10菲啰啉(1)得到。它最初是从化合物1用混酸硝化制备5硝基1,10菲啰啉的废水中分离得到的,产率1%。Amouyal等[1]改进此方法,将产率提高到20%。随着应用研究的需求,对它的合成研究一直没有间…  相似文献

The reaction of perfluoro- (3, 4-dimethyl-3-ethylhexene-(2)) (1) with allyl alcohol under different conditions gave different products. Compound 1 reacted with sodium allyl alcoholate yielding 2-(1'-allyloxy-tetrafluoroethyl)-perfluoro(3-methyl-3-ethylpentene- (1))(2). In the presence of triethylamine, 1 reacted with allyl alcohol to give 2-allyloxy-perfluoro (3, 4-dimethy1-4-ethylhexene- (2))(3), and in the presence of acetone and K2CO3 to give compound 4. These reactions all gave allyl-3-trifluoromethyl-3- pentafluoroethyl-2,2-dihydro-pentafluorovalerate (5a) as byproduct. Compound 1 reacted with allyl alcohol in the presence of triethylamine at 20-22`C to give 2, at 30-35`C to give a mixture of 2 and 3 and at 35-40`C to give a mixture of 3 and 5a respectively. Compound 2 was transformed to compound 4 in acetone and in the psesence of K2CO3, \o\ compound 5a or 5b in the corresponding alcohol and to compound 6 on reacting with dimethylamine. Compound 2 as well as 3 was converted to perfluoro-(3-ethyl-2,3,4,5- tetramethyl-2,3-dihydrofuran) (7) by KF in sulpholane.  相似文献

Ester tert-butoxycarbonylhydrazones 2 were reacted with some carboxylic acid hydrazides to give 4 -terrtutoxycarbonylamino-3,5-dialkyl-4H-1,2,4-triazoles 3–6 . Treatment of 3–5 with 6 N hydrochloric acid under mild conditions resulted in the formation of 4-ammo-3,5-dialkyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole hydrochlorides 7–9 in good yields. Compound 7a was converted to the free 4 -amino compound 10a upon treatment with ethanolic sodium ethoxide solution.  相似文献

The chromene compound 1 is used as a key intermediate for synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds, and it reacted with hydrazonoyl chlorides in presence of TEA to give the amidrazone derivatives 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , which were cyclized to the corresponding triazepines 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h on boiling with sodium ethoxide. Conversion of compound 1 to the methylthiocarbamate derivative 6 was performed through its reaction with carbon disulfide and KOH followed by treatment with methyl iodide. Compound 6 reacted with hydrazonoyl chlorides in presence of TEA to give thiadiazoles 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g . In addition, chromene 1 combined with aminodithiocarbamic acid in DMF under reflux to furnish the thiosemicarbazide derivative 9 , which in turn interacted with several hydrazonoyl chlorides to give the thiazole derivatives 11a , 11b , 11c , 11d , 11e . The structures of the prepared compounds were confirmed from their spectroscopic data and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were tested against both monoamine oxidase (MAO)‐A and MAO‐B and corrected to analyses showed good inhibitory activities especially against MAO‐A.  相似文献

Mixtures of a phenoxy polymer (polyhydroxyether of bis-phenol A) and a polyolefin ionomer (sodium ionomer of ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer) were compatibilized by the addition of small amounts of sodium ethoxide and/or by the incorporation of varying amounts of A-B-A block oligomers. The latter were produced by reacting several bis-phenol A epoxy resins, varying in molecular weight, with montanic acid in order to provide segments soluble in each of the two polymer components of the blend. Chemical miscibilization by the addition of sodium ethoxide changed the morphology into one containing larger amounts of cocontinuous phases, while the incorporation of substantial amounts of A-B-A oligomer brought about primarily the formation of irregular and highly elongated particles. The mixtures were found to exhibit the typical properties of ionomers which were enhanced by the addition of sodium ethoxide. Furthermore sufficient evidence was gathered to establish that the ionomeric aggregates are shared by both polymer components of the blend, from which the term coionomeric mixture is derived. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

7-deaza-2,8-diaza-2'-deoxyadenosine (4) was synthesized from 8-aza-7-deaza-2'-deoxyadenosine (1) via the 1,N(6)-etheno derivative 5. Ring opening with sodium hydroxide followed by ring closure in the presence of sodium nitrite formed the tricyclic intermediate 5 from which the transiently introduced "etheno" moiety was removed with NBS. Compound 4 was converted to the phosphoramidite 11, which was employed in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. Base pairing studies on 4, incorporated in a 12-mer duplex, showed that this adenine nucleoside analogue forms a strong base pair with dG but not with dT. This novel base pair is as stable as that of the canonical dA-dT pair. As a result of the absence of nitrogen-7 compound 4 is expected to form a face to face base pair with dG.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-nitrobenzyl iodide with 1H-imidazole, in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide and 18-crown-6, gave 1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-1H-imidazole. Trichloroacetylation of this compound furnished trichloroacet-ylimidazole 8 , which on treatment with sodium ethoxide was transformed into the corresponding ethoxycarbonyl derivative 9 . Catalytic reduction of the nitro group to the amino group yielded 10 , which was then cyclized to 10,11-dihydro-11-oxo-5H-imidazo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine 11. Treatment of this lactam with di-4-morpholinylphosphinic chloride followed by reaction of the intermediate 12 with formylhydrazine gave the title compound or its 1-derivatives when acetylhydrazine or isonicotinoylhydrazine were used instead of formylhydrazine.  相似文献

Abstract

3,5-Dicyano-6-mercapto-4-phenylpyridin-2(1H)-one (1) was reacted with ethyl chloroacetate to give compound (II) which on reaction with hydrazine hydrate gave the corresponding hydrazide derivative (III). Acylation of (III) with acetic acid, phenylisocyanate, or phenylisothiocyanate gave different monoacyl derivatives (IV-VI). Condensation of III with aromatic aldehydes and acetylacetone gave compounds VIIa-c, VIII respectively. Compound I was reacted with chloroanilides, bromoacetone and phenacyl bromide to yield the IX-XI; these and compound II gave thieno[2,3-b]-pyridines (XU-XV) on treatment with sodium ethoxide solution. Reaction of XII with acetic anhydride gave the diacetyl derivative XVI. Hydrolysis of compound XII with sodium hydroxide gave the corresponding acid (XVII) which on treatment with acetic anhydride gave the oxazine derivative (XVIII). Reaction of oxazine compound XVIII with ammonium acetate and hydrazine hydrate gave pyrido[3′,2′:4,5] thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4.7-dione derivative (XIX) and (XX) respectively. The N-amino derivative (XX) was reacted with 4-nitrobenzaldehyde to give the corresponding azomethine (XXI).

Significant in vitro gram-positive and gram negative antibacterial activities as well as anti-fungal effect were observed for some members of the series.  相似文献

Novel ninhydrin–creatinine heterocyclic condensation products ( 3–5 ) were synthesized under different solvent conditions. The compound 2‐(2‐amino‐1‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐5‐yl)‐2‐hydroxy‐1H‐ind‐ene‐1,3(2H)‐dione ( 3 ) was formed by reacting ninhydrin ( 1 ) with creatinine ( 2 ) in the presence of sodium acetate in acetic acid. The same reactants afforded the zwitterionic compound 4 when the reaction was carried out in water, and a novel oxadiazine ring system (product 5 ) was generated when benzene was used as solvent.  相似文献

本文研究了Cp_2ZrH_2与丙烯酸和Cp_2Zr(H)Cl与丙烯酸钠、巴豆酸钠的反应。产物由IR 1~H和~(13)CNMR、ESR谱、气相色谱以及化学方法分析鉴定。产物水解得到与底物相应的饱和酸.用~1H NMR方法考察了Cp_2ZrH_2与丙烯酸的反应过程,用IR方法考察了Cp_2Zr(H)Cl与丙烯酸钠的反应过程。实验结果表明,上面两种反应首先消除H_2或NaCl,形成锆氧健,然后碳碳双键还原生成二茂锆羧酸盐配合物,其中羧酸根离子与二茂锆桥式双齿配位。  相似文献

2-Benzyl-5-mesitoyl-3(2H)-isothiazolone ( 8 ) has been prepared from 3-mesitoylpropionic acid ( 5 ). Reaction of the isothiazolone 8 with sodium ethoxide in ethanol has been found to yield an isomeric rearranged compound, which was characterized as 2-phenyl-6-mesitoyl-3,4-dihydro-1,3-thiazin-4(2H)-one ( 9 ). This unexpected rearrangement is attributed to the abstraction of a benzylic hydrogen atom from the N-benzyl group, followed by ring enlargement through cleavage of the isothiazolone S? Ethyl 5-substituted-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-3-pyridinecarboxylates were synthetized by reacting 1,3,5-triazine with 4-substituted ethyl acetoacetate derivatives in ethanol, in the presence of sodium ethoxide. The l-alkyl-5-substituted-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-3-pyridinecarboxylic acids required for the antimicrobial studies were prepared by N-alkylation (with triethyl phosphate or alkyl halides) and alkaline hydrolysis of the pyridone esters.  相似文献
