Computational studies to determine the origin of enantioselectivity in the (1R,2R)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine (DEPN)–Brønsted acid catalyzed epoxidation of 2-cyclohexen-1-one have been performed using density functional theory. Transition states for conjugate addition and ring closure steps of the epoxidations catalyzed by three different catalyst systems were characterized. Our calculations show that the Csp2H?O H-bond interaction between the benzene ring of the catalyst and H2O is mainly responsible for the chiral discrimination observed. The Brønsted acid counterion plays a very important role in ensuring high enantioselectivity by improving the rigidity of the transition state structures to allow the efficient formation of the Csp2H?O H-bond. Moreover, we explain why these two diamine catalysts (1S,2S)-DACH and (1R,2R)-DPEN display consistent enantioselectivities in the catalytic epoxidation of 2-cyclohexen-1-one when combining with three different cocatalysts; achiral TFA, and chiral (R)- and (S)-TRIP. 相似文献

食品安全关系身体健康和生命安全,是全球关注的热点之一。食品基质复杂,痕量有毒有害物质分析之前必须经过有效的前处理。目前发展的前处理技术如固相萃取、磁固相萃取、固相微萃取等,其关键是吸附介质。共价有机聚合物是一类通过共价键连接而成的有机多孔材料,具有质轻、稳定性好、比表面积大、结构可控、易于修饰等特性,是一类优异的新型吸附材料。该文综述了近年来共价有机聚合物(COPs)在食品安全分析前处理中的应用进展。共价有机聚合物及其功能化复合材料通过简单的装填、聚合反应或化学键合固定到小柱或毛细管柱中用作固相萃取的吸附介质;通过一锅法、原位还原法、原位生长法或共沉淀法生成具有磁性的固相萃取吸附介质;或者通过物理涂覆、化学键合、溶胶凝胶法及原位生长法制备固相微萃取纤维。基于以上高吸附容量共价有机聚合物的样品前处理技术,食品中农残兽残、添加剂、环境污染物及生物毒素等得到了有效富集。最后,展望了COPs在食品分析样品前处理应用中的发展方向:简单高效绿色制备方法的开发,功能化COPs的设计合成;萃取机理的研究;高通量、高灵敏度分析方法研究。这些研究将促进COPs在样品前处理领域获得更广泛的应用。 相似文献

Electrochemical and electrocatalytic properties of myoglobin and hemoglobin incorporated in carboxymethyl cellulose films 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Protein-CMC films were made by casting a solution of myoglobin (Mb) or hemoglobin (Hb) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) on pyrolytic graphite electrodes. In pH 7.0 buffers, Mb and Hb incorporated in CMC films gave a pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible cyclic voltammetric peaks at about -0.34 V vs. SCE, respectively, characteristic of heme Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox couples of the proteins. The electrochemical parameters such as apparent standard heterogeneous electron transfer rate constants (k(s)) and formal potentials (E degrees ') were estimated by square wave voltammetry with nonlinear regression analysis. In aqueous solution, stable CMC films absorbed large amounts of water and formed hydrogel. Scanning electron microscopy of the films showed that interaction between Mb or Hb and CMC would make the morphology of dry protein-CMC films different from the CMC films alone. Positions of Soret absorbance band suggest that Mb and Hb in CMC films retain their secondary structure similar to the native states in the medium pH range. Trichloroacetic acid, nitrite, oxygen, and hydrogen peroxide were catalytically reduced at protein-CMC film electrodes. 相似文献

In this paper, the voltammetric characteristics of several β2-agonists including salbutamol, ractopamine, bamethane, isoxsuprine, ritodrine, fenoterol, terbutaline, metaproterenol, clenbuterol, clenproperol, mabuterol, cimaterol, cimbuterol and brombuterol were comparatively evaluated using graphite nanosheet (GN) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrodes. All the compounds can be oxidized at GN modified electrodes with enhanced peak current and reduced peak potential compared with naked GC electrodes. The electrochemical behaviors of the compounds are different due to different substituent groups on the aromatic rings. For the first time, an ECE process was observed for salbutamol and its analogues. The capability of determining β2-agonists individually or simultaneously from aqueous solution using differential pulse voltammetry and amperometry with the developed electrode was also investigated. 相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatography method is developed for the simultaneous determination of menadione, retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, alpha-tocopherol, and alpha-tocopherol acetate in feed. The present study uses an enzyme to destroy the coating film, ethanol to extract free vitamins, and Oasis HLB cartridges to purify. Vitamins are separated using an Atlantis dC18 column. The mobile phase is methanol-water (98:2 v/v). Detection is performed with a UV-vis detector at 230 and 265 nm. The linearity, accuracy, and repeatability of this method are all satisfactory. Application of the method is suitable for the determination of the fat-soluble vitamins in general feed. 相似文献
