The writing of an internal diffraction grating in optical glass plate is demonstrated using low-density plasma formation excited by a high-intensity femtosecond Ti:sapphire laser. The same diffraction efficiency at ±1,±2, and 0 order is achieved by multiple layers writing. The dependences of diffractive efficiency on the irradiated energy, the speed of writing, the numerical aperture (NA) of the focusing objective, and materials are investigated in detail. The grating is birefringent. It is attributed to residual stress interaction between glass and femtosecond laser pulse. 相似文献

利用Ⅲ-Ⅴ族化合物半导体材料砷化镓(GaAs)和磷化铟(InP)及其掺杂材料制作的光导开关具有很好的时间响应及高功率输出特性.比较了这两种材料制作的不同电极间隙类型的光导开关的开关时间响应速度、导通光能与饱和触发激光能量、线性与非线性工作模式及触发稳定性等特性.结果表明,利用InP和GaAs两种材料制作的光导开关都具有达到皮秒级的超快时间响应,其对时间最佳响应与偏置电场有关.两种开关的多次触发时间抖动在几个皮秒范围,输出电压峰峰值抖动优于10%.GaAs开关的非线性工作电场阈值比InP开关低,更容易实现非线性输出. 相似文献

基因改性细菌视紫红质BR-D96N由于M态寿命的延长而具有显著的光致变色特性.根据Kramers-Kronig变换关系,样品吸收光谱的变化会引起样品折射率的变化.本文首先从实验上测量了BR-D96N薄膜样品在光激发前后的吸收光谱,然后根据Kramers-Kronig变换关系,理论计算了对应此光致变色光谱变化的光致折射率变化光谱.实验上为了直接测量样品的光致折射率变化,采用Michelson干涉方法测量BR-D96N薄膜在不同探测波长下的光致折射率变化量,并与理论计算曲线进行了比较. 相似文献

We report the generation of multi-wavelength visible light through amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) in Er3+-doped and Er3+/Yb3+-doped germanosilicate single-mode optical fiber pumped by a Nd:YLF laser at 1313nm. In the Er3+-doped fiber, the intense multi-wavelength blue emission hnes around 463-510nm corre-spond to transitions born 2G7/2 etc. excited states to the metastable 4I13/2 state, and their pumping mechanists is aecomphshed by a stepwise four-photon absorption. Some emission hnes in this wavelength region are attributed to the three-wave sum-frequency process of 1313 and 1530nm (corresponds to 4I13/2 -4I15/2). The intense green emission hnes at 525 and 540 nm are also observed in the Er3+-doped fiber. In the Er3+/Yb3+-doped fiber the blue and green lines are very weak compared with those in the Er3+-doped fiber. 相似文献

利用在腔内加入可调谐光纤光栅滤波器使“8”字形腔掺Yb3+光纤激光器在锁模状态下实现波长连续可调谐.实验中,在保证锁模状态稳定的情况下,通过调节可调谐光纤光栅滤波器,使激光器输出锁模脉冲的中心波长在1 047 nm~1 055 nm范围内连续调谐,重复频率稳定维持在4.9 MHz.在中心波长1 053 nm处,测得锁模脉冲输出平均功率为8.02 mW,光谱带宽1 nm,脉冲宽度为259.3 ps.这种“8”字形腔被动锁模光纤激光器在锁模状态下对波长连续可调谐,并可长时间稳定工作. 相似文献
