HIRFL-CSR前端总线控制器的改进设计

论述了用于兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL CSR)控制系统的前端总线系统控制器的改进。 改进了控制器的嵌入式操作系统和应用程序, 开发了控制器和数据库交换数据的应用程序。 该控制器基于BGA封装的ARM920T(ARM9)处理器和嵌入式的LINUX操作系统, 可以连接标准的VGA显示器、 键盘、 鼠标, 采用了现场可编程的FPGA器件进行背板接口设计, 并具有64 mA高驱动能力的总线驱动器, 以及拥有灵活的接口信号定义可编程能力, 是HIRFL CSR控制系统的关键部件。 The EVME bus controller which is a key component of the HIRFL CSR control system was improved . Besides reconfiguring the embedded Linux, a utility program was developed for data exchange between the controller and the database. The bus controller is based on ARM920T(ARM9) micro processor which is BGA packaged. The bus controller has the universal interface of VGA display, keyboard, and mouse. The backboard interface logic is programmed in an in system configurable FPGA device. The bus can drive high current up to 64 mA, with the flexibility of the programmable signal definitions. All the improved performance helped the EVME bus controller play a crucial role in HIRFL CSR control system.     

无死体积蚀刻多孔膜接口的制作及其在二维毛细管电泳分离系统中的应用

介绍了一种在毛细管柱上原位腐蚀而成的多孔膜接口的制作方法,并用该接口构建了一类毛细管电泳二维分离技术平台。柱上原位腐蚀刻成的多孔膜接口具有零死体积、制作过程简易、成本低廉、耐用、柱间切换便捷等优点,特别适合作为基于毛细管柱的二维及多维电泳联用中的接口,是目前二维及多维毛细管柱联用中一类较为新型、实用、理想的接口。以鹿茸冻干粉可溶物样品为例,验证了该接口在二维毛细管电泳联用系统中的可行性和分离效能。实验结果表明：鹿茸冻干粉可溶物整个二维分离分析的时间在1 h内完成,二维分离系统的分辨率和总峰容量都比一维的高。     

飞行器供配电系统地面通用测试接口设计

供配电地面测试负责为飞行器提供模拟供电、控制状态切换、采集并传输系统状态信息,配合完成全飞行器全周期的综合测试任务。本文首先简要介绍了供配电地面测试系统的基本功能和设备组成,然后对供电、控制、测量的接口设计进行分析,最后提出接口通用化设计方案。本文为电气系统地面通用化测试研究提供了有益尝试。     

High-mobility two-dimensional electron gases at oxide interfaces： Origin and opportunities

Our recent experimental work on metallic and insulating interfaces controlled by interfacial redox reactions in SrTiO3-based heterostructures is reviewed along with a more general background of two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG)at oxide interfaces.Due to the presence of oxygen vacancies at the SrTiO3surface,metallic conduction can be created at room temperature in perovskite-type interfaces when the overlayer oxide ABO3has Al,Ti,Zr,or Hf elements at the B sites.Furthermore,relying on interface-stabilized oxygen vacancies,we have created a new type of 2DEG at the heterointerface between SrTiO3and a spinelγ-Al2O3epitaxial film with compatible oxygen ion sublattices.This 2DEG exhibits an electron mobility exceeding 100000 cm2·V 1·s 1,more than one order of magnitude higher than those of hitherto investigated perovskite-type interfaces.Our findings pave the way for the design of high-mobility all-oxide electronic devices and open a route toward the studies of mesoscopic physics with complex oxides.     

VB环境下基于GBIP技术超导测试系统的设计与实现

本文详细介绍了基于Visual Basic6.0高级语言和GPIB(General Purpose Interface Bus)技术,设计完成了可在10K～室温的范围内对超导薄膜材料的临界温度和临界电流测量系统,并通过对二硼化镁超导薄膜的测量结果表明本系统运行稳定,操作简便,具有一定的实用性和推广价值.     

虚拟装配与CAD之间的信息交换

由于CAD系统与虚拟现实系统在建模以及实时应用等方面的差异，使得作为虚拟现实应用的虚拟装配系统不能直接使用CAD系统中的零件模型信息。因此有必要使用CAD系统提供的API开发—个接口程序来提取零件的模型信息供虚拟装配系统使用。虚拟装配系统需要从CAD系统提取的信息包括零件或部件的名称、零部件在装配中出现的次数、零部件在装配完成后的位置与姿态、零部件装配特征、几何参数信息以及零件或部件的图形信息。     

毛细管电泳-电感耦合等离子质谱联用的接口设计

描述了毛细管电泳电感耦合等离子体质谱(CE-ICP-MS)联用技术的单T型接口,自行设计了双T型接口,并对两接口的分析性能作了比较。解决了接口中的常见问题,使用节流阀减小自吸作用并降低了CE分离物的稀释倍数,排气阀使提升量保持稳定。经考察得知,采用自吸作用提升液流流量稳定,其重现性RSD小于5％;双T型接口较单T型接口对CE分离更有利。采用双T型接口联用时,CE分离La、Ce、Nd混合离子迁移时间RSD小于2％,MS信号RSD小于15％,且不同浓度样品经CE分离后其MS信号基本呈线性关系。     

Partial-SOI high voltage P-channel LDMOS with interface accumulation holes

A new partial SOI (silion-on-insulator) (PSOI) high voltage P-channel LDMOS (lateral double-diffused metal-oxide semiconductor) with an interface hole islands (HI) layer is proposed and its breakdown characteristics are investigated theoretically. A high concentration of charges accumulate on the interface, whose density changes with the negative drain voltage, which increase the electric field (E_I) in the dielectric buried oxide layer (BOX) and modulate the electric field in drift region . This results in the enhancement of the breakdown voltage (BV). The values of E_I and BV of an HI PSOI with a 2-μm thick SOI layer over a 1-μm thick buried layer are 580V/μm and -582 V, respectively, compared with 81.5 V/μm and -123 V of a conventional PSOI. Furthermore, the Si window also alleviates the self-heating effect (SHE). Moreover, in comparison with the conventional device, the proposed device exhibits low on-resistance.
