500kV架空线路地线防振锤滑移分析及结构改造

本文通过对地线防振锤的结构、材料、运行环境及受力特点的分析,找出了地线防振锤滑移的影响因素.针对影响因素提出了4种防滑移方案,并比较得出了最佳方案为金属内套式防振锤.利用ANSYS13.0 Workbench软件对其模型进行有限元接触分析,验证了防滑移方案的有效性.     

基于概率分析法和可靠度评估法的基桩检测合格率分析

研究了基桩合格率的概率分布,并基于此提出概率分析法和可靠度评估法两种分析方法,最后通过算例分析充分考虑现有工程数据,使得合格率的确定具有概率统计基础,对实际工程提供指导和理论依据。     

Directional Analysis of the Chaotic Superlattice around the Equilibrium Point in the Phase Space

The recently proposed method of our research group named as directional Lyapunov exponents(DLEs) is presented. Then, DLEs are used to analyze the eigenstructure of the output phase space around the equilibrium points. Finally, the impacts of the superlattice parameter changes on the characteristics of the output chaotic signal are analyzed. The experimental results show that parameter changes of the superlattice will affect the eigenstructure around the equilibrium points in the output phase space, and DLEs are sensitive to these changes.     

Analysis of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) is used to determine the total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) in soil.Quantitative determinations are conducted using the line intensity of the analyte element and element concentration.Calibration models are obtained using ten samples for TN and seven samples for TP.The rest samples are used to validate the results.Strong linear correlations are obtained from the determined TN and TP concentrations.LIBS is a powerful tool for analyzing soil samples to determine nutrient elements by selecting calibration and validation samples with similar matrix composition.     

Monolithic integration of an AlGaN/GaN metalinsulator field-effect transistor with an ultra-low voltage-drop diode for self-protection

In this paper,we present a monolithic integration of a self-protected AlGaN/GaN metal-insulator field-effect transistor(MISFET).An integrated field-controlled diode on the drain side of the AlGaN/GaN MISFET features a selfprotected function for a reverse bias.This diode takes advantage of the recessed-barrier enhancement-mode technique to realize an ultra-low voltage drop and a low turn-ON voltage.In the smart monolithic integration,this integrated diode can block a reverse bias(> 70 V/μm) and suppress the leakage current(< 5 × 10-11 A/mm).Compared with conventional monolithic integration,the numerical results show that the MISFET integrated with a field-controlled diode leads to a good performance for smart power integration.And the power loss is lower than 50% in conduction without forward current degeneration.     

唐氏综合症听力障碍儿童言语康复训练的个案研究

通过对一名唐氏综合症听力障碍儿童进行听力语言康复的个案研究,探讨对多重残疾儿童进行康复训练的方法和意义。研究过程采用情境一对一教学法进行康复训练,发现儿童的言语发展迅速。因此,针对唐氏综合症听力障碍儿童,情境一对一教学法可有效促进儿童的言语发展。     

超弹性石墨烯气凝胶的制备及其性能

以多胺小分子二乙烯三胺(DETA)为还原剂和结构增强剂,采用水热还原法,制备了具有三维交联网络结构的高弹性石墨烯气凝胶(GA)。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、四探针测试仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能拉力机和吸附实验等手段对GA的微观结构和性能进行了表征和测试。研究了氧化石墨烯(GO)和DETA的质量浓度对GA性能的影响。结果表明:GA的密度和导电率随着GO和DETA的质量浓度变化而变化,压缩强度随着GO和DETA质量浓度的升高而增大。当GO的质量浓度为8mg/mL,GO与DETA的质量浓度之比为1 000∶7.5时,其最大压缩强度高达6.8 MPa。GA被压缩后,其形貌可基本完全回复,表现出较好的抗疲劳性能。GA对7种常见有机溶剂的吸附量为自身质量的41~83倍,其中对二氯甲烷的吸附量最大,达到了自身质量的83倍。

表面张力作用下柱形胶体的弹性失稳

采用弹性理论研究了圆柱形胶体在表面张力作用下的弹性失稳问题;利用能量泛函变分的方法导出 了发生弹性失稳的非经典边界条件,得到了失稳的判据方程。分析判据方程发现,弹性失稳与圆柱体的半径、 内禀尺度和失稳波长相关。     

应用于相变存储器的Cu-Ge3Sb2Te5薄膜的结构及相变特性研究

采用磁控溅射法制备了不同Cu含量的Cu-Ge₃Sb₂Te₅薄膜, 原位测试了薄膜电阻与温度的关系, 并利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、透过和拉曼光谱仪分别研究了 Cu-Ge₃Sb₂Te₅薄膜的晶体结构、微结构、禁带宽度及成键情况. 结果表明, Cu-Ge₃Sb₂Te₅薄膜的结晶温度和结晶活化能随着Cu含量的增加而增大, Cu的加入有效改善Ge₃Sb₂Te₅薄膜的热稳定性和10年数据保持力. 随着Cu含量的增加, 非晶态Cu-Ge₃Sb₂Te₅薄膜的禁带宽度逐渐减小. 同时, 拉曼峰从129 cm^-1向127 cm^-1处移动, 这是由于Cu–Te极性键振动增强的缘故. Cu-Ge₃Sb₂Te₅结晶为均匀、相互嵌套的六方Cu₂Te和Ge₂Sb₂Te₅相.
