GC-MS分析三角枫成熟叶的挥发性成分

分析了三角枫成熟叶的挥发油化学成分。实验采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取三角枫成熟叶的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析,并以面积归一化法测定各个成分的相对含量。从三角枫成熟叶的挥发油中分别分离鉴定出了79个化合物,占其挥发油总量的94.30%,主要成分为柠檬烯、石竹烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、大根香叶烯、叶绿醇等。结果表明,三角枫成熟叶的挥发性成分非常丰富,其中,许多化学成分具有芳香性或药理药效作用,在香精香料或医疗领域具有一定的利用价值。     

变指标 Morrey 空间上的 Marcinkiewicz 积分及交换子的有界性

利用Maxcinkiewicz积分算子μ,Lusin面积积分μs和Littlewood-Paley g_λ~*函数以及相应的交换子在变指标Lebesgue空间上的有界性,得到了它们在变指标Morrey空间上的有界性结果.     

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LASER COOLING OF CESIUM ATOMS BY OPTICAL MOLASSES

We have studied the relationship between the temperature of Cs cold atoms and the parameters of the cooling laser. The atoms are first cooled and captured by a magnetooptical trap and then further coaled by optical molasses. The temperature of atoms la measured by a time-of-flight method. For relatively large laser intensity and small detuning, the temperature depends linearly on the intensity-to-detuning ratio, and nonlinear relationship has alao been found in other case.     

光的衍射法测量金属的线胀系数

给出测量金属线胀系数的一种新方法．利用光的衍射法可以较精确地测量长度变化这一特点，对黄铜的线胀系数进行了测量．     

BaFCl∶Eu~（2＋）中F色心的浓度和光激励截面与温度和紫外线的辐照波长的关系

本文研究了ＢａＦＣｌ∶ＥＵ（２＋）在不同波长的紫外线辐照和不同的测定温度下的光激励发光性质．通过改变激励方式及激励光的扫描方向，给出了ＢａＦＣｌ∶Ｅｕ（２＋）光激励发光过程中，两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值和光激励截面比值与紫外线辐照波长和测定温度的关系．同时我们还研究了在激励读出过程中，对应两种Ｆ色心的光激励发光强度与激励温度的关系，并且给出了相应于Ｆ（Ｃｌ－）心的热激活能．     

变利率风险模型下破产概率的渐近估计

本文考虑变利率的离散时间风险模型的破产概率．在个体净损失服从ERV族和DnL族时,分别得到了有限时间和无限时间破产概率的渐近估计及上下界表达式,并利用matlab软件对有限时间破产概率的下界进行了数值模拟．     

气象因素与儿童气管炎关系的研究

利用济南市卫生局提供的2003年儿童气管炎患者的病例资料和济南市气象局提供的2003年气象资料,对济南地区儿童气管炎疾病与气象资料的关系进行研究.通过相关性分析,用多元回归方法建立了儿童气管炎发病人数的日预报方程.然后对数据进行处理,按季节建立了儿童气管炎与气象要素之间的日预报方程.     

Superposition solitons in two-component Bose-Einstein condensates

We develop the Hirota bilinear method and obtain the exact one and two superposition soliton solutions for two-component Bose-Einstein condensates. The conversion of three kinds of solitons including the superposition solitons, bright-bright solitons, and dark-bright solitons is discussed. With the energy analysis, we find that the superposition soliton state is an excitation state for this system. Moreover, the collision of two superposition solitons is found to be elastic.     

High-voltage super-junction lateral double-diffused metal-oxide semiconductor with a partial lightly doped pillar

A novel super-junction lateral double-diffused metal-oxide semiconductor(SJ-LDMOS) with a partial lightly doped P pillar(PD) is proposed.Firstly,the reduction in the partial P pillar charges ensures the charge balance and suppresses the substrate-assisted depletion effect.Secondly,the new electric field peak produced by the P/P-junction modulates the surface electric field distribution.Both of these result in a high breakdown voltage(BV).In addition,due to the same conduction paths,the specific on-resistance(R on,sp) of the PD SJ-LDMOS is approximately identical to the conventional SJ-LDMOS.Simulation results indicate that the average value of the surface lateral electric field of the PD SJ-LDMOS reaches 20V/μm at a 15μm drift length,resulting in a BV of 300V.
