球栅阵列倒装焊封装中的热应变值的测试

利用高温云纹实验方法测试球栅阵列(BGA)封装焊点的热应变,采用硅橡胶试件光栅复制技术,使测试环境温度提高到200℃.通过实时热应变测量,得到各焊点的热应变关系以及封装材料、电路板各部分的热应变分布状况,为研究集成电路封装组件焊点的建模和热疲劳破坏机理提供了可靠的实验依据.     

An experimental study of dynamic tensile properties of glass fiber at low-temperatures

Tensile impact experiments of EC8.0−24×7 glass fiber bundles at different low temperaturesT(14°C, −40°C and −10°C) and strain rates ɛ were carried out, and complete stress-strain curves were obtained. Within the range of the experiment temperatures and strain rates, it is found that the initial modulusE, the ultimate strength σ_max and the unstable strain ɛ _b of the glass fiber bundles all increase with ɛ at an identicalT. At an identical ɛ, with the decrease ofT, E and σ_max increase; but ɛ _b increases when 10°C>T>−40°C and decreases when −40°C>T>−100°C. The strain-rate- and temperature-dependent bimodal Weibull statistical constitutive theory was adopted for the statistical analysis of the experimental results, and the Weibull parameters of single fiber were obtained. The results show that the bimodal Weibull distribution function is suitable to represent the strength distribution of the glass fiber at low temperature and different strain rates. The differences in the mechanical properties between EC8.0−24×7 and EC5.5−12 ×14 glass fiber bundles were also discussed. Intersection of triadic Cantor sets with their translates— I. Fundamental properties

Motivated by Mandelbrot's [The Fractal Geometry of Nature, Freeman, San Francisco, 1983] idea of referring to lacunarity of Cantor sets in terms of departure from translation invariance, we study the properties of these translation sets and show how they can be used for a classification purpose. This first paper of a series of two will be devoted to set up the fundamental properties of Hausdorff measures of those intersection sets. Using the triadic expansion of the shifting number, we determine the fractal structure of intersection of triadic Cantor sets with their translates. We found that the Hausdorff measure of these sets forms a discrete spectrum whose non-zero values come only from those shifting numbers with a finite triadic expansion. We characterize this set of shifting numbers by giving a partition expression of it and the steps of its construction from a fundamental root set. Finally, we prove that intersection of Cantor sets with their translates verify a measure-conservation law with scales. The second paper will take advantage of the properties exposed here in order to utilize them in a classification context. Mainly, it will deal with the use of the discrete spectrum of measures to distinguish two Cantor-like sets of the same fractal dimension.

Separate Polarization Modes Synchronization and Synchronization Switches between Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers

For vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with polarization-rotated feedback, there exist several synchronization types such as synchronizations between total powers and synchronizations between separate polarization modes. Based on the two-mode rate equations, we study and compare numerically the performances of different synchronization types. Our results show that three synchronization types exhibit good performances when their synchronization conditions are satisfied. They are the complete synchronization between total powers, complete synchronization between x-polarized modes, and generalized synchronization between x-polarized and y-polarized modes. The former two types are sensitive to the injection rate and spontaneous emission, while the third type is contrary. Synchronization type with the best performance may switch from one to another, with changing of injection rate and spontaneous emission factor.

Effect of C layer on the structures and magnetic properties of (0 0 1)-oriented [C/CoPt]n/Ag films

CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag thin films have been prepared onto the glass substrates by magnetron sputtering. We investigated the evolution of texture and magnetic properties of CoPt/Ag and [C/CoPt]n/Ag films. The results show that C-doping plays an important role in improving (0 0 1) texture, improving the order parameter S, reducing the intergrain interactions, and making the magnetization reversal mechanism more close to Stoner-Wolfarth rotational mechanism. The growth mechanism of (0 0 1) texture also seems to be related strongly to the films thickness. Our results show that the highly (0 0 1)-oriented films with ordered fct phase have a significant potential for the perpendicular media of extremely high-density recording.
