The monodisperse polystyrene spheres are assembled into the colloidal crystal on the glass substrate by vertical deposition method, which is aimed at the so-called photonic crystal applications. The structural information of the bulk colloidal crystal is crucial for understanding the crystal growth mechanism and developing the various applications of colloidal crystal. Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) technique was used to obtain the bulk structure of the colloidal crystal at Beamline 1W2A of BSRF. It is found that the SAXS pattern is sensitive to the relative orientation between the colloidal sample and the incident X-ray direction. The crystal lattice was well distinguished and determined by the SAXS data.  相似文献

The training effect and the hysteresis behaviour of the angular dependence of exchange bias are extensively investigated upon the variation of the IrMn layer thickness tXrMn in a series of Co/IrMn bilayers. When tIrMn is very small, both of them are negligible. Then they increase very sharply with increasing tUMn and then reach maxima at almost the same value OftXrMn. Finally they both decrease when tIrMn is further increased. The similar variation trends suggest that these phenomena arise from irreversible change of antiferromagnet spin orientations, according to the thermal activation model.  相似文献

Photovoltaic response in the heterojunction of La1-x SrxMnO3/SrNby Ti1-yO3 (LSMO/SNTO) is analyzed theoretically based on the drift-diffusion model. It is found that the decrease of acceptor concentration in the La1-xSrxMnO3 layer of hereto junction can increase the peak value of photovoltaic signal and the speed of photovoltaic response, whereas the changing of donor concentration in the SrNby Ti1-yO3 layer has no such evident effect. Furthermore, the result also indicates that the modulation of Sr doping in La1-xSrxMnO3 is an effective method to accommodate the sensitivity and the speed of photovoltaic response for LSMO/SNTO photoelectric devices.  相似文献

We theoretically and experimentally investigate the long-range interaction between nematicons. It is demonstrated that the interaction becomes strongest when the pretilt angle of liquid crystal molecules is nearly π/4 for a given single-beam input power P0, and that the interaction becomes stronger when the incident power Po increases at a given pretilt angle. In this way, the interaction is still observed when the initial separation is 43 times of the soliton width, much larger than that implemented in lead glasses [Nature Phys. 2 (2006) 769].  相似文献

Surface acoustic wave (SAW) properties at the x-cut of relaxor-based 0.67Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.33PbTiO3 (PMN- 33%PT) ferroelectric single crystals are analyzed theoretically when poled along the [001]c cubic direction. It can be found that PMN-33%PT single crystal is a kind of material with a low phase velocity and high electromechanical coupling coefficient, and the single crystal possesses some cuts with zero power flow angle. The results are based on the material parameters at room temperature. The conclusions provide device designers with a few ideal cuts of PMN-33%PT single crystals. Moreover, choosing an optimal cut will dramatically improve the performance of SAW devices, and corresponding results for crystal systems working at other temperatures could also be figured out by employing the method.  相似文献

对圆管内添加两种宽度的十字形扭带的强化传热进行了数值模拟,对传热与阻力特性和PEC值进行了比较分析,模拟结果表明:通过减小十字形扭带的宽度使换热管内流体核心区域扰动,在紊流区域能在换热强化减小不大的情况下有效减小流体阻力,从而能提高换热管的性能.  相似文献

本文对一高速离心风机中扩压器与叶轮匹配时的气动性能进行了试验研究,主要研究了扩压器前缘不同倾角对其性能的影响.结果表明,扩压器倾角变化对性能有明显的影响;当负倾角在一定范围内时,扩压器的压升在小流量下略高于原始扩压器,而大流量下明显高于原始扩压器.另外,正倾角扩压器的性能曲线具有相交于一固定点的特征.因此,具有合适前缘倾角的扩压器可以改善风机性能.  相似文献

A flash imaging lidar based on a multiple-streak tube is presented in this paper; a fiber remapping optics maps light from an area in the focal plane of an imaging lens to multiple rows of fibers on the streak tube’s photocathode. The lidar system contains a multiple-streak tube, laser, transmitting and receiving telescope, remapping optical fibers, and CCD to capture stripe images from the streak tube’s phosphor screen. Data processing yields 48 × 48-pixel intensity and range images for each laser pulse. An experiment to test the property of this lidar is carried out in the laboratory; the intensity images and range images are gained by image remapping, and the range sampling is 0.21 m. Field test imagery demonstrated the capability of the flash lidar system to image a building 705 m away.  相似文献

A wavelength spacing tunable dual-wavelength single-longitudinal-mode fiber ring laser is presented by employing separated fiber Bragg gratings. By using a saturable-absorption-induced grating filter and a hybrid gain medium formed by a semiconductor optical amplifier and an erbium-doped fiber amplifier, stable single-longitudinal-mode lasing is achieved at room temperature. Wavelength spacing of the proposed fiber laser can be tuned in a range from 0.1 to 1.3 nm.  相似文献
