由MoO3/Ag/MoO3 (MAM)组成的多层膜结构非常有希望替代ITO作为有机太阳能电池中的透明阳极.然而,基于MAM结构的有机太阳能电池光吸收能力较弱.为此,引入了一种小周期短节距金属光栅,利用表面等离子激元增强活性层的光吸收.借助于频域有限差分方法求解麦克斯韦方程和半导体方程,探讨了有机太阳能电池结构的光学和电学性质.分析结果表明:与平面结构相比,活性层中的光吸收大大提高;同时,当凹槽宽度为4 nm,能量转换效率提高了49%.相关结果有助于更好地开发和利用无ITO层的有机太阳能电池. 相似文献

The via interconnects are key components in ultra-large scale integrated circuits(ULSI).This paper deals with a new method to create single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) via interconnects using alternating dielectrophoresis(DEP).Carbon nanotubes are vertically assembled in the microscale via-holes successfully at room temperature under ambient condition.The electrical evaluation of the SWNT vias reveals that our DEP assembly technique is highly reliable and the success rate of assembly can be as high as 90%.We also propose and test possible approaches to reducing the contact resistance between CNT vias and metal electrodes. 相似文献

Two methods:high-power,short-time,single-shot irradiation(Method A) and low-power,long-time,multi-shot irradiation(Method B) are investigated to mitigate the UV damage growth in fused silica by using a 10.6-μm CO2 laser.To verify the mitigation effect of the two methods,the laser induced damage thresholds(LIDTs) of the mitigated sites are tested with a 355-nm,6.4-ns Nd:YAG laser,and the light modulation of the mitigation sites are tested with a 351-nm continuous Nd:YLF laser.The mitigated damaged sites treated with the two methods have almost the same LIDTs,which can recover to the level of pristine material.Compared with Method A,Method B produces mitigated sites with low crater depth and weak light modulation.In addition,there is no raised rim or re-deposited debris formed around the crater edge for Method B.Theoretical calculation is utilized to evaluate the central temperature of the CO2 laser beam irradiated zone and the radius of the crater.It is indicated that the calculated results are consistent with the experimental results. 相似文献

By generalizing the topological current of Abelian Chern--Simons (CS)
vortices, we present a topological tensor current of CS p-branes
based on the \phi -mapping topological current theory. It is
revealed that CS p-branes are located at the isolated zeros of the
vector field \phi(x), and the topological structure of CS
p-branes is characterized by the winding number of the

A novel reverse-conducting insulated-gate bipolar transistor(RC-IGBT) featuring a floating P-plug is proposed. The P-plug is embedded in the n-buffer layer to obstruct the electron current from flowing directly to the n-collector, which achieves the hole emission from the p-collector at a small collector size and suppresses the snapback effectively. Moreover, the current is uniformly distributed in the whole wafer at both IGBT mode and diode mode, which ensures the high temperature reliability of the RC-IGBT. Additionally, the P-plug acts as the base of the N-buffer/P-float/N-buffer transistor, which can be activated to extract the excessive carriers at the turn-off process. As the the simulation results show, for the proposed RC-IGBT, it achieves almost snapback-free output characteristics with a uniform current density and a uniform temperature distribution, which can greatly increase the reliability of the device. 相似文献

For the nonlinearity of Fabry-Perot interferometer(FPI) transmission spectrum,the measurement uncertainty of incoherent Mie Doppler wind lidar based on it increases evidently with the increase of backscattering signal Doppler shift.A method of repeating the use of the approximate linear part of FPI transmission spectra for reducing the high uncertainty of a big Doppler shift is proposed.One of the ways of realizing this method is discussed in detail,in which the characteristics of FPI transmission spectrum changing with thickness and incident angle are utilized simultaneously.Under different atmosphere conditions,it has been proved theoretically that the range of measurement uncertainty drops to one-sixth while its minimum has no serious change.This method can be used not only to guide the new system design,but also as a new working way for the fabricated system. 相似文献
