We present a simple method to obtain the optical and dielectric properties of samples without reference measurement in the reflection-type terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The dielectric properties of the samples of silicon and gallium arsenide were examined. The optical and dielectric properties of the samples were measured through only simple configuration, without the misplacement error. The obtained dielectric functions of the samples in reflection geometry are in good agreement with that predicated by the theory. The main advantage of this method over other methods is its simplicity and accuracy and ease for application of the reflection systems with different incident angle.  相似文献

A high performance sub-wavelength metallic grating coupled surface plasmon resonance (SWMGCSPR) sensor with metal and porous composite layer is proposed. Rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) is conducted to prove the design feasibility, characterize the sensor's performance and determine geometric parameters of the structure, which is also employed to compute the electromagnetic (EM) field distributions at the resonant wavelengths. Parameters of sensing platform are optimized to achieve the best performance of the SPR sensor. Obtained results reveal that the proposed structure can excite SPR with negative diffraction order of SWMG. Both wavelength and angular sensitivities are greatly enhanced because surface plasmon wave (SPW) exhibits a large penetration depth which will enlarge the distance of interactions between SP and analytes. The detection sensitivities and quality parameters are estimated to be 700 nm/RIU and 509°/RIU with full width at half maximum (FWHM) less than 2.5 nm using the same optimized structure.  相似文献

In this study, a guided mode resonance filter with the improved structure for facile fabrication is designed; the properties of the designed filters are simulated by rigorous coupled wave analysis. It is found that the resonance wavelength and spectral linewidth are slightly increased with the increasing of the grating thickness, and seldom changed with the thickness of the grating filling factor, as the parameter error of the grating thickness and the grating filling factor are deviated from the designed value by ±10%, respectively, which are very favorable for simplifying preparation process of the GMR filter.  相似文献

The interaction of xenon with different proteins in aqueous solution is investigated by 129Xe NMR spectroscopy. Chemical shifts are measured in horse metmyoglobin, hen egg white lysozyme, and horse cytochrome c solutions as a function of xenon concentration. In these systems, xenon is in fast exchange between all possible environments. The results suggest that nonspecific interactions exist between xenon and the protein exteriors and the data are analyzed in term of parameters which characterize the protein surfaces. The experimental data for horse metmyoglobin are interpreted using a model in which xenon forms a 1:1 complex with the protein and the chemical shift of the complexed xenon is reported (Locci et al., Keystone Symposia “Frontiers of NMR in Molecular Biology VI”, Jan. 9–15, 1999, Breckenridge, CO, Abstract E216, p. 53; Locci et al., XeMAT 2000 “Optical Polarization and Xenon NMR of Materials”, June 28–30, 2000, Sestri Levante, Italy, p. 46).  相似文献

1,5‐Daminotetrazole (DAT) is of much interest because of the practical significance and the diversity of characteristics. The study on the decomposition pathway and the kinetics of DAT has been performed based on the quantum chemistry theory. The minimum energy path (MEP) calculation has shown that NH2N3 and NH2CN are the initially detected products of DAT. And the structures of reactant, products and transition state were optimized with MP2 methods using 6‐311G** basis sets, and the energies were refined using CCSD(T)/6‐311G** levels of theory. The calculated rate constants were obtained using the conventional transition‐state theory (TST) and the canonical variational transition‐state theory (CVT) methods. The calculation results indicated that the energy barrier of decomposition reaction is 47.98 kcal mol?1 and the variational effect is small. In addition, the rate constants and the Arrhenius experience formula of DAT decomposition have been obtained between 200 and 2500 K temperature regions. The fitted three‐parameter expressions calculated using the TST and CVT methods are (TST) and (CVT). This work may provide the theoretical support for further experimental synthesis and testing. 内窥镜荧光图象系统是体腔内早期肿瘤诊断和定位的有效手段.但是早期开发研究的LFE荧光成家系统由于存在假阳性和假阴性误诊而限制了它的广泛开展和应用.本文仔细探讨了该系统产生误诊的原因,并在此基础上提出了使用计算机图象处理技术的荧光图象系统,而且通过实验验证了这种新技术,它能有效地克服假阳性和假阴性误诊,为体腔内肿瘤的诊断提供可靠判据.  相似文献

Using temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) measurements, we report a comprehensive study on optical transitions in AlyInxGa1−xyN epilayer with target composition, x=0.01 and y=0.07 and varying epilayer thickness of 40, 65 and 100 nm. In these quaternary alloys, we have observed an anomalous PL temperature dependence such as an S-shape band-edge PL peak shift and a W-shape spectral broadening with an increase in temperature. With an increase in excitation power density, the emission peak from the AlInGaN epilayers shows a blue shift at 100 K and a substantial red shift at room temperature. This is attributed to the localization of excitons at the band-tail states at low temperature. Compared to 40 and 65 nm thick epilayers, the initial blue shift observed with low excitation power from 100 nm thick AlInGaN epilayer at room temperature is caused by the existence of deeper localized states due to confinement effects arising from higher In and Al incorporation. The subsequent red shift of the PL peak can be attributed by free motion of delocalized carriers that leads to bandgap renormalization by screening. Due to competing effects of exciton and free carrier recombination processes, such behavior of optical transitions leads to two different values of exponent ‘k’ in the fitting of PL emission intensity as a function of excitation power.  相似文献

研究了一类非零键渗透率满足均匀分布的随机多孔介质逾渗模型-数值计算了该模型系统渗透率在临界点处的标度指数-结果表明该指数并不能看作是普适常数,而与均匀分布的参数有关-这意味着即使非零键渗透率值的概率密度函数满足负一阶矩存在条件,系统渗透率在逾渗临界点处的标度指数仍然依赖于分布函数的具体参数,并不是常数-这一数值结果与Sahimi对此问题的结论不同- 关键词: 逾渗 随机多孔介质 标度指数 渗透率  相似文献

利用激子旋转扩散理论研究了一类低掺杂卟啉侧链聚合物中卟啉侧链基团的旋转对其发光动力学过程的影响.研究表明,卟啉侧链基团的旋转行为是导致激发态无辐射能量弛豫的重要途径.基团旋转越容易,能量弛豫速度越快,这可导致一个快速的荧光衰变动力学过程.在卟啉低掺杂浓度和聚合物分子链间距离较大的情况下,卟啉侧链基团的旋转成为影响荧光寿命和发光效率的主要因素.对实验测得的两种样品的荧光弛豫过程进行了拟合,理论结果与实验结果符合较好. 关键词: 激子旋转弛豫 瞬态荧光 卟啉侧链聚合物  相似文献
