宽动态范围红外积分球辐射源的设计与检测 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为满足红外遥感器高精度定标和性能测试的要求,设计了一种高均匀性和宽辐射动态范围的红外积分球辐射源。积分球辐射源采用碳纤维石英电热管作为红外辐射介质,工作波段覆盖3~15μm。利用积分球的空腔辐射理论和黑体辐射理论,提出子母镀金积分球串联的匀光方式,有效提高了红外积分球的均匀性。通过设计程控镀金光阑实现了动态范围的线性调节。建立了温度变化与辐射源辐亮度输出稳定性之间的关系,并确定了子母镀金积分球的温控精度。对红外积分球的特性进行分析与检测,结果表明:红外积分球出光口法线Φ200 mm范围内的面均匀性为98.87%,-15°~15°内竖直方向上的角度均匀性为99.69%,实现了动态范围的近线性可调功能,背景辐射小于同温度的黑体,非稳定性为0.16%,表现出较好的性能。红外积分球定标光源是传统黑体辐射源的有效补充,在红外遥感器的实验室光谱辐射定标中具有潜在的应用价值。 相似文献

为了拓展目前实验室辐射标准的动态范围,提出了基于积分球光源的大动态范围辐射标准传递技术.即在等色温调节的前提下,结合可调光阑和基于大动态范围响应线性硅探测器的监视辐射计将辐照度标准灯-漫射板系统的光谱辐亮度工作标准传递到大动态范围可调节积分球光源各个亮度等级,从而实现辐射标准的动态范围拓展.通过研制大动态范围多级可调节光阑并分析探讨光谱匹配、硅探测器的响应线性对辐射标准传递精度的影响,最终在400~2500nm范围内,积分球光源在6个量级内的辐射标准不确定度有望达到4.3%~6.1%,这对光辐射测量定量化发展具有重要的意义. 相似文献

针对多方位/多波段临边紫外成像仪的结构特点及辐射定标的难点,提出了一种分割仪器视场定标再整合定标数据的方式。通过比较仪器全视场与分割视场照明条件下探测器相同像素点输出值的大小,得出各视场之间的相互影响量基本在仪器自身的测量重复性误差1%之内,从而证明了分割视场定标方式的可行性。对临边紫外成像仪分割视场定标结果显示,紫外290、310、355nm三个波段的合成标准不确定度分别为3.93%、3.90%、3.84%,符合目前遥感仪器紫外波段辐射定标不确定度3%~5%的范围。临边紫外成像仪分割视场定标方式的成功实施为解决超大视场以及更加复杂的遥感仪器辐射定标提供了新的指导。 相似文献

为了适应野外环境下的积分球操作,简化配件的使用和减少使用过程中误差的引入,利用LED的长时间发光均匀稳定特性,将LED作为定标光源内置于积分球中,设计了一种可便携式的自定标积分球。在验证LED稳定性的基础上,配合老化筛选装置,为定标光源选择最合适的LED器件,系统采用恒流源驱动,保证了积分球的长寿耐用。展示了积分球机械装配图,列出器件在积分球体上的安装位置,并进行了模型400~800nm光谱波段试定标,其线性度达99.994%,球体设计直径500mm,开口直径100mm,总开口比约为6%,重量约为18kg。建成之后将方便进行野外环境的实用工程。 相似文献

为了提高光谱辐亮度响应度的定标精度.研制了新型的利用宽可调谐激光的积分球光源.把外部激光导人积分球,在球出口形成均匀、准朗伯性的面光源.利用钛絮石激光器710 nm输出光研究了光源的辐射特性.双光路导人、采取消相干措施条件下,光源辐亮度的非稳定性在半小时内为0.06%,在出口中心φ60 mm范围内平面非均匀性为0.16%,士22.范围水平面内和垂直面内的角度非均匀性分别为1.3%和0.7%.这种新型的积分球光源具有稳定性好、光谱辐通量高、光谱带宽窄、光源面积大、波长在宽波段内可调谐等优点,联合响应度直接溯源于初级辐射标准低温辐射计的标准探测器,可以有效降低定标不确定度. 相似文献

叙述了中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室800 MeV电子储存环同步辐射的特性及作为光谱辐射亮度基准的原理和方法,精确计算出同步辐射光源光谱功率空间分布,并在计量学上将同步辐射“经典”理论与标定氘灯光谱辐射亮度结合起来,对“同步辐射作为标准源进行光谱辐射功率计量”进行深入的研究。介绍了国家同步辐射实验室计量光束线站的装置,该装置利用同步辐射波长范围宽、亮度高、辐射特性可精确计算等特点,可用于标定传递标准氘灯的光谱辐射亮度(115~350 nm),并进行了不确定度分析。并与德国技术物理研究院(PTB)标定的氘灯光谱辐射亮度进行比较,两者符合。 相似文献

We investigated the characteristics of a transverse glowing discharge and of a volume discharge in a system of sphereplane electrodes in chlorine of low pressure (P = 40–160 Pa). The formation of a single plasma domain has been revealed. It is a selective source of UV radiation at electronicvibrational transitions of the chlorine molecule. Due to the development of the discharge plasma instability in chlorine, the radiation of the plasma is represented in the form of pulses with a repetition rate f = 1–50 kHz on increase in the mean discharge current from 2 to 50 mA. For this range of discharge currents, the dependence of the brightness of the radiation bands for molecular chlorine with = 200 and 257 nm has a character which increases with the current. The plasma of the chlorinebased domain can be used in a source of shortwave radiation source having no quartz discharge tube (or any other tube transparent in the UV–VUV range of wavelengths) which contracts the plasma and needs cooling and when in the source of the lamp pumping there are no commutators (thyratrons, tacitrons, or spark gaps). 相似文献

In this paper, a novel microstrip circulator with a magnetized ferrite sphere is proposed for various millimeter wave communications. A three-dimensional Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) approach for the analysis of this ferrite sphere based microstrip circulator is first presented. The electromagnetic fields inside the ferrite junction are calculated using special updating equations derived from the equation of motion of the magnetization vector and Maxwell's curl equations in consistency. Frequency dependent insertion loss, isolation and reflection loss of circulator are calculated over a wide band of frequencies with a single FDTD run. Experimental results at Ka band are presented and compared with theoretical simulations. As a result, a good agreement is found between them. 相似文献

We present an experimental measurement of the lifetime of the cold ^87 Rb atoms in an integrating sphere. The atoms are cooled by the diffuse light which is generated by the diffuse reflection of laser beams in the integrating sphere. Our result shows that the lifetime is primarily determined by the free fall of the cold ^87Rb atoms, and its half-life can reach 40 ms, which is suitable for many experiments, especially for a cold atom clock. 相似文献
