利用浸渍法制备了活性碳纤维布氯化钙复合吸附剂,并利用ASAP2020M装置测试了复合吸附剂和活性碳纤维布孔隙分布特征。通过对比不同氯化钙含量的复合吸附剂孔隙分布规律,得出了氯化钙在活性碳纤维布孔道中的填充规律。结果表明,氯化钙以逐层覆盖的方式填充入活性碳纤维布孔道中。  相似文献

 分别用自制浸渍碘化铯(CsI)针式环状碳纤维阴极和环状不锈钢阴极所产生的电子束轰击尼龙目击靶,研究碳纤维阴极发射均匀性。在碳纤维阴极电子束轰击的目击靶上得到了均匀的烧蚀痕迹,而不锈钢阴极电子束轰击的目击靶上烧蚀痕迹不均匀,表明碳纤维阴极发射电子束的均匀性优于不锈钢阴极。分析认为两阴极不同的发射机制及其所特有的材料性质和结构导致其发射电子束均匀性的差异。用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对不锈钢阴极尖端和碳纤维阴极尖端和侧面进行扫描,发现不锈钢阴极仅尖端处被烧蚀,而碳纤维阴极尖端和侧面都有烧蚀痕迹,验证了碳纤维阴极由场发射和表面闪络共同作用的发射机制的假设分析。  相似文献

介绍了相干梯度敏感(CGS)干涉测量技术的基本原理及其在静态Ⅰ型断裂实验中的应用,验证了该方法对裂纹尖端局部变形场和断裂特性进行定量研究的可行性。给出了代表静态Ⅰ型裂纹尖端奇异场光力学信息的CGS控制方程,模拟并分析了Ⅰ型裂纹尖端的CGS条纹模式,对静态Ⅰ型裂纹尖端变形场和断裂特性进行了三点弯曲的CGS试验,并提取了应力强度因子KⅠ。结果表明,试验结果与理论分析结果相吻合。  相似文献

The behavior of an extended dislocation near an elliptical blunt crack is investigated. The equilibrium separation between Shockley partials and the critical value of stacking fault energy for the formation of extended dislocations by dissociation reaction as well as the extended dislocation emission criterion are developed. The results show that the equilibrium separation increases as the extended dislocation tends to the blunt crack. If the stacking fault energy is comparable to the critical energy for dissociation in a perfect medium, complete dislocations can dissociate to form extended dislocations near the blunt crack. The critical stress intensity factor (SIF) for extended dislocation emission increases with the stacking fault energy and the curvature radius of the blunt crack tip. Moreover, the critical SIF for extended dislocation emission is far lower than the critical SIF for edge dislocation emission.  相似文献

研究了具有一定导电性能的碳纤维的直流场致发射电子束特性,实验分别在大气环境、低真空(10-1 Pa)及高真空(10-5 Pa)环境下进行。实验结果表明,碳纤维具有一定的场致发射能力,并且发射特性和发射环境的真空度密切相关。在大气环境下,发射电子束流与所施加的电压符合Fowler-Nordheim关系,当电压为7 kV,电流为61.4 μA时,根据Fowler-Nordheim定理推算出碳纤维场致发射场增强因子为3.75×105。在低真空条件下阳极只收集到微弱的电流;在高真空条件下,阴极发射明显,在较低电压下就能观测到阳极电流,放电前阳极最高电流是大气条件下的3~4倍,发射的束流大小和所施加在尖端的电压关系接近Child-Langmiur定律。  相似文献

玻璃没有固定的特征强度值,其强度主要由其表面裂纹的分布所决定,玻璃的强度设计需采取保守设计思想.以玻璃强度基本理论为基础,给出并分析了断裂几率预测法、最小寿命预测法和寿命-断裂几率综合预测法三种玻璃强度设计方法.这些方法可为设计者提供给定玻璃的使用强度、断裂几率及预期寿命,还可为光学元件及其装配结构设计提供指导.  相似文献

 用压缩空气炮做冲击加载装置研究一种钨合金的层裂特性,加载应力峰值为5~10 GPa,加载应力时间宽度为0.2~0.6 μs。实验用钨合金由粉末热压烧结制成,是一种均匀混合材料。它的成份重量百分比为W(90%)、Ni(6.8%)、Fe(2.7%)和Cr(0.5%)。由锰铜压阻计测量样品靶后界面应力历史表明,此种钨合金的层裂强度与拉伸应力率的平方根呈单调递增关系,与加载应力峰值无关。回收样品的金相分析结果表明,此钨合金的拉伸断裂主要发生在铁镍混合物部位,钨晶粒的穿晶断裂只占很小部分。断口上的“杯状”凹坑表明,它主要属延性断裂机制。  相似文献

基于混凝土模型试验,对涂敷层的传感光纤的裂缝复用能力进行了定量分析,得到了传感光纤和工程结构裂缝夹角在30°,45°,60°时的复用能力与裂缝宽度的关系曲线。对由软性材料构成的光纤涂敷层来说,光纤的复用能力随涂敷层厚度的增加而增大,在与裂缝夹角成45°时,二次涂敷粗光纤的复用能力约为细光纤的5倍,表明光纤敷层对光纤裂缝监测的复用能力具有较大影响。对这种影响的机理进行了理论分析和试验研究,发现当混凝土开裂时,光纤沿混凝土界面的滑移是光纤涂敷层影响光纤裂缝复用能力的主要原因,在光纤与裂缝夹角成45°时,这一影响占60%以上。  相似文献

对可见光和近红外波段内光纤的损耗进行了实验研究。采用光纤截断法对多色光在光纤传输过程的损耗进行了实验测量,得到了光纤在可见光波段内吸收系数对波长的变化关系。对在500nm到1000nm的波段内存在的多处光纤吸收峰值给出了相应的解释。  相似文献

_The effect of surface treatment on mechanical properties of carbon fibers has been investigated by application of plasma polymerization of selected monomers in the vapor phase. The role of the fiber-matrix interface on carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composites has also been studied. Composites have been prepared separately by the use of plasma-modified and unmodified carbon fibers in the epoxy resin matrix. The mechanical properties of carbon fibers (Hercules and Grafil) as well as of fiber/epoxy composites were examined by using single filament and three-point bending tests, respectively. It was observed that plasma polymerization treatment at selected plasma conditions led to significant improvement of interlaminar shear and flexural strength values of composites.  相似文献

Carbon materials with molecular sieve properties (CMS) were prepared by pyrolysis of cotton fabrics by chemical activation procedures. To evaluate the changes in the chemical and textural properties, the impregnants AlCl3, ZnCl2 and H3PO4 were used at 1123 K. The materials were characterized using adsorption of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, TPD, and immersion calorimetry in C6H6. Adsorption kinetics of O2, N2, CO2, CH4, C3H8 and C3H6 were measured in all the prepared materials to determine their behaviour as molecular sieves. The results confirm that the chemical used as impregnant has a significant effect on the resulting CMS separation properties. All materials exhibit microporosity and low oxygen surface group contents; however, the sample impregnated with zinc chloride, with an immersion enthalpy value of 66.4 J g−1 in benzene, exhibits the best performance in the separation of CH4-CO2 and C3H8-C3H6 at 273 K.  相似文献

A new node-pairs contact algorithm is proposed to deal with a composite material or bi-material interface crack face contact and friction problem(e.g., resistant coating and thermal barrier coatings) subjected to complicated load conditions.To decrease the calculation scale and calculation errors, the local Lagrange multipliers are solved only on a pair of contact nodes using the Jacobi iteration method, and the constraint modification of the tangential multipliers are required. After the calculation of the present node-pairs Lagrange multiplier, it is turned to next contact node-pairs until all node-pairs have finished. Compared with an ordinary contact algorithm, the new local node-pairs contact algorithm is allowed a more precise element on the contact face without the stiffness matrix singularity. The stress intensity factors(SIFs) and the contact region of an infinite plate central crack are calculated and show good agreement with those in the literature. The contact zone near the crack tip as well as its influence on singularity of stress fields are studied. Furthermore, the frictional contacts are also considered and found to have a significant influence on the SIFs. The normalized mode-II stress intensity factors K?IIfor the friction coefficient decrease by 16% when f changes from 1 to 0.  相似文献

The hydrophobisation of commercial viscose-based activated carbon fiber (ACF) was obtained by grafting vinyltrimethoxysilane (vtmos) on the ACF surface, to improve ACF's adsorption selectivity towards carbon disulfide (CS2) under highly humid condition. The characterizations, including FTIR, 29Si NMR, adsorption/desorption of nitrogen, thermal analysis and elemental analysis, revealed that the vtmos was successfully grafted onto the ACF surface, even though the hydrophobisation caused a partial filling of the porosity along with a slight decrease in the surface area. The efficiency of the hydrophobisation modification was evaluated by both equilibrium and dynamic adsorption experiment of water vapor and CS2. The equilibrium adsorption results indicated that the hydrophobisation modifications accounted for a decrease of both the amounts of water and CS2 adsorbed by the hydrophobised ACF. However, dynamic adsorption found that the adsorption performance was improved under highly humid condition, evidencing that hydrophobisation improved the hydrophobicity of the ACF surface and enhanced the adsorption selectivity towards CS2.  相似文献

提出了一种基于线型腔掺铒光纤激光器的光纤布拉格光栅传感解调系统,并进行了理论分析和实验验证。此传感系统具有稳定性好、信噪比高、结构简单等特点。实验结果表明:在常温下光纤光栅传感解调系统能很好的实现光纤光栅传感信号的传感和检测;15m掺铒光纤用作增益介质可以产生较大信噪比的稳定激光输出,系统在4nm范围内的解调精度为0.04nm。  相似文献

Using a finite element-based multi-scale modeling approach, the bending, buckling and free vibration of hybrid polymer matrix composites reinforced by carbon fibers and carbon nanotubes (CF/CNT-RP) are analyzed herein. Thick composite plates with rectangular, circular, annular and elliptical shapes are considered. First, the equivalent material properties of CF/CNT-RP are calculated for different volume fractions of CF and CNT. To accomplish this aim, a two-step procedure is presented through which the coupled effects of nano- and micro-scale are taken into account. In the first step, modeling of dispersion of CNTs into the polymer matrix is done with considering interphase formed by their chemical interaction with the matrix, and the equivalent properties of resulting composite material are determined accordingly. CFs are then dispersed into CNT-RP which is considered a homogenous material in this step. Both distributions of CNTs and CFs are assumed to be random. After computing the equivalent properties of CF/CNT-RP for different volume fractions of its constituents, the bending, buckling and free vibration analyses of plates with different shapes are performed. It is shown that the reinforcement of the polymer matrix with both CF and CNT significantly affects the bending, buckling and free vibration characteristics of plates.  相似文献

Three different temperature schemes were applied on carbon fiber/epoxy composite to elucidate the effect on interfacial shear strength (IFSS) and inter-laminar shear strength (ILSS). It showed that carbon fiber/epoxy IFSS was significantly influenced by the processing temperature, while ILSS was only slightly changed. Moreover, the mechanical properties revealed no necessary relationship between the micro- and macro-interfacial strengths with the properties of epoxy matrix. Among all the temperature schemes, Pro2 (the one-platform curing scheme with relatively rapid heating rate) produced highest IFSS and ILSS. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis demonstrated that the sizing agent can chemically react itself and also react with epoxy resin at temperature 180?°C. The resin rheological data showed that different temperature schemes can considerably impact diffusion behavior of the resin molecules. Hence, the highest interfacial strengths for Pro2 scheme were ascribed to large extent of chemical reactions and good inter-diffusion between components, at the interface region.  相似文献

提出了三种基于少模光纤的全光纤熔融模式选择耦合器. 根据模式匹配原理采用单模光纤与少模光纤熔融连接方式, 运用耦合模理论及光束传播法模拟分析了模式选择耦合器的结构参数对模式选择及耦合特性的影响, 实现了单模光纤中基模到少模光纤中不同阶模式的转换, 以满足不同的应用需求. 实验上以2× 2熔融光纤耦合器为例, 采用对称和非对称熔融拉锥方式, 分别实现了从基模到LP11, LP21模式的转换. 实验结果表明所得到的LP11, LP21模式在1530–1560 nm的波长带宽范围内均有较高的模式纯净度, 且模式耦合效率高于80%, 与理论模拟结果基本一致.  相似文献
