The application of transient nutations in EPR spectroscopy of condensed media is considered. The main methods of formation and observation of transient nutations are presented. The laws governing this phenomenon in twolevel and multilevel spin systems and also in inhomogeneous broadening of EPR lines are described. Recent advances in the use of transient nutations to separate overlapping spectra, identify quantum numbers and quantum transitions, investigate the kinetics of photoinduced paramagnetic centers, and determine relaxation times for a wide range of crystalline and disordered media are presented.  相似文献

未来的作战与训练概念高度依赖于以网络为中心的作战能力,美国国防部认为迫切需要在试验与训练领域建立一种能克服当前“烟囱式”设计、实现靶场资源之间互操作、重用和可组合的新技术。美军借鉴了多种体系结构的研究和应用成果,构建了试验训练使能体系结构(TENA)。本文对TENA的进展、在美军靶场中的最新应用情况及未来发展方向进行阐述,并描述了针对我国靶场资源现状所带来的启示。该体系结构将为未来开发精细强大的试验和训练系统提供必要的支撑。  相似文献

We present an analysis of the current state and development of pulsed amplifying traveling-wave tubes for terahertz radiation operation at frequencies of at least 200 GHz, as well as the development prospects of the principles of creating electron-optical and magnetic systems. The possibility of using field emission cathodes based on carbon nanotubes for constructing an electron-optical system with the compression of a sheet beam is discussed. A numerical simulation of a field emission electron gun forming a sheet electron beam for traveling-wave tubes of the terahertz range is carried out.

由于传统的望舌诊断法过于依赖中医师的经验判断,导致误诊的概率相对较大,而基于图像处理的舌诊法受光源、图像采集设备影响较大,同时对于病理不同而颜色相近的舌象识别率不高。为了克服上述缺点,利用舌光谱的“指纹效应”,通过使用光谱法来对不同性状的舌象进行诊断,为了实现这一目标,研制了一款用于舌象诊断的光谱仪,同时为了克服传统分光器件的不足,分光系统中采用了平场全息凹面光栅作为分光器件,能保证系统小型化、光通量利用率提高的同时,改善光谱成像的质量和分辨率。通过系统实验测试,该光谱仪的光谱范围达到340~850 nm, 分辨率优于2 nm,同时通过模拟实验充分验证了该系统的有效性。  相似文献

A theory of the homogenization of a certain class of metamaterials is stated. These metamaterials are volume lattices of electric and magnetic dipoles that are resonant with frequencies that are considerably lower than that of the first Bragg resonance of the lattice. It was shown that, for plates of a metamaterial, which are described by bulk material parameters, transition layers play an important role, and the known Drude notion of transition layers is significantly revised. The paper also discusses a more widespread method of determining the material parameters of metamaterials based on the extraction of the refractive index and the characteristic impedance from the scattering matrix of the plate of the metamaterial. The physical meaning of the material parameters obtained in this way is clarified, and the concept of Bloch lattices related to it is discussed. It is shown that the bulk material parameters and the parameters of transition layers can also be extracted from components of the scattering matrix of plates.  相似文献
