以目前国际上极为活跃开展的暗物质探测、无中微子双 衰变研究为例,评述了高纯锗探测器的重要性及其广泛的应用前景。介绍了己开展的高纯锗单晶、探测器制备的关键技术研究进展:合作单位已研制出了用于高纯锗单晶材料制备的区熔炉、单晶炉;并制备出直径为20 50 cm、纯度为12N(< 41011 atoms/cm3)、位错< 5000 atoms/cm2 的锗单晶;掌握了高纯锗探测器(平面型、同轴型)制备的关键技术,用进口高纯锗单晶材料制备出的同轴型高纯锗探测器对射线的能量分辨率及探测效率均达到进口产品指标,使用自制的12N 高纯锗单晶材料己制备出平面型高纯锗探测器。呼吁加速高纯锗研制的自主创新步伐,尽早实现其国产化目标。The article reviews importance and wide applications of HPGe detector, especially the application on the dark matter search experiment and double beta decay experiment. The research progress on the Highpurity germanium single crystal and HPGe detector in China has been introduced. The cooperation partner developed new type zone-refining furnace and single crystal furnace. The ultra-purity germanium single crystal with 20~50 cm, purity up to 12N(net impurity concentration is less than 41011 atoms/cm3), and dislocation less than 5 000 /cm3 was prepared. The key technologies for preparing planar and coaxial HPGe detector were mastered. The coaxial detector, which has been made of imported ultra-purity germanium single crystal has excellent energy resolution and efficiency as the imported commercial detector. The planar detector using selfmade germanium single crystal was also successfully manufactured. The research group appeals for speeding up the pace of independent innovation on the high-purity germanium, and achieving the high-purity germanium localization as soon as possible. 相似文献

采用蒙特卡罗程序MCNP建立物理模型,对井型高纯锗探测器的效率进行虚拟刻度。模拟计算在密度为0.4,1.2 gcm-3的6种不同成分环境样品中,探测器对射线的探测效率,当能量高于0.10 MeV时,体源样品的探测效率主要与样品密度、射线能量相关。以土壤、水和植物油样品为代表,结合所选取的函数模型,确定了密度范围0.1~1.6 gcm-3的固体源、密度1.0 gcm-3的水溶液和密度0.92 gcm-3的油溶液体源的效率函数及参数。实验采用标准源,对探测效率模拟结果进行了验证,探测效率的模拟值与实验值符合较好,二者误差均在3%以内。说明MCNP程序可以较为准确地模拟计算井型高纯锗探测器对射线的探测效率,验证了该无源效率刻度方法的准确性和可行性。 相似文献

针对硅单光子雪崩探测器探测效率高准确度测量的需要,建立了一套溯源至标准探测器的硅单光子探测器探测效率测量装置。首先通过大动态范围高精度衰减产生光子数已知的准单光子源来校准探测器的探测效率,其次对影响探测效率测量的后脉冲概率和死时间进行了分析与测量,最后系统分析了各测量不确定度的来源,实现了硅单光子雪崩探测器在632.8nm波长处探测效率测量不确定度达到0.6%(k=2)。该装置采用超连续谱光源与单色仪组合输出单色光源,结合标准探测器,可根据需要实现硅单光子雪崩探测器宽波段内的探测效率自动化测量。 相似文献

为了精确测量keV能区的中子俘获截面,中国原子能科学研究院正在建造一台4π 全吸收型γ 探测装置---GTAF,锂玻璃探测器将会作为中子束流监视器测量中子能谱。利用5SDH-2 加速器刻度了锂玻璃探测器在两个入射中子单能点(250 和565 keV) 的探测效率,并使用EANT4 和MCNP 程序模拟计算了锂玻璃探测器的相对探测效率。通过归一化实验数据和模拟结果,得到了锂玻璃探测器在10keV~1 MeV 能区的中子探测效率曲线。对于把锂玻璃探测器测量得到的飞行时间谱转化为中子束流能谱,是一项非常重要的工作,同时为探测器效率刻度提供了新方法。In order to accurately measure the neutron capture cross section in the energy range of keVMeV, 4 πgamma-ray total absorption facility (GTAF) is being constructed at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). The lithium glass detector will be used as a neutron beam monitor for GTAF. The detection efficiency of the lithium glass detector at two incident neutron energy points (250, 565 keV) was calibrated in 5SDH-2 accelerator, and the relative detection efficiency was simulated by GEANT4 and MCNP code. By the normalization of the experimental data and simulation result, the neutron detection efficiency curve of the lithium glass detector between 10 keV and 1 MeV was obtained. This work will be important to convert the Time-of-flight spectrum that be measured by Li-glass detector to the energy spectrum of neutron beam, and provide the new method for calibration of detection efficiency. 相似文献

应用FLUKA 软件包对NE213 液体闪烁体中子探测器的探测效率进行了蒙特卡罗模拟,通过Birks 公式将中子产生的次级粒子的能量沉积转化为相应的光输出。根据不同探测阈值对模拟得到的光输出进行积分处理,计算出给定能量下探测器的中子探测效率。将模拟得到的闪烁体光输出、中心探测效率和平均探测效率随中子入射到探测器前表面位置的变化与实验数据进行比较,结果显示,FLUKA 模拟结果与实验值符合得很好,这为中子探测器的设计提供了可靠保证。A NE213 liquid scintillation neutron detector was simulated by using the FLUKA code. The light output of the detector was obtained by transforming the secondary particles energy deposition using Birks formula. According to the measurement threshold, detection efficiencies can be calculated by integrating the light output. The light output, central efficiency and the average efficiency as a function of the front surface radius of the detector, were simulated and the results agreed well with experimental results. 相似文献

采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟计算光子的探测效率需对高纯锗( HPGe ) 探测器进行准确的建模。模拟计算研究了HPGe 晶体长度对探测效率的影响,并在空间不同的测量位置对放射源进行测量,将模拟计算与实验测量相结合,对探测器晶体的尺寸进行调整,获得了HPGe 探测器晶体的模拟计算的准确尺寸,并在122s1 332 keV 能量范围内对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明,在此能量范围内HPGe 探测器的探测效率的模拟计算值与实验测量值的相对偏差大多数在5% 内,并建立点源探测效率与探测器轴向距离的关系。The accurate shape of HPGe detector is needed in order to calculate its detection efficiency with Monte Carlo methods. In our calculation, the influence of the HPGe crystal size on efficiency has been investigated; the final crystal sizes were determined by comparison with experiments and were validated by the experimental efficiency obtained at several source-to-detector positions. The results show that when the crystal dimensions determined are used to calculate the detection efficiency in the energy range 122s1 332 keV, the relative deviations between simulated and most experimental results were within 5%. In addition, the relationship between detection efficiency and axial distance to detector was established. 相似文献

以192Ir γ-射线能量准确值为标准对高纯锗γ-谱仪进行滑动扫描刻度,通过比较测定放射性核γ-射线能量,得到:477603.18±0.44eV(7Be)、5.11852.70±0.58eV(106Ru)、514004.87±0.52eV(85Sr)、520399.01±0.63eV(83Rb)、529594.48±0.69eV(83Rb)和552551.14±0.68eV(83Rb).用这一结果校正以往的实验,得到电子质量值510998.6±1.1eV,它与电子质量的近期调节值良好符合. 相似文献

在放射源能谱测量过程中,PIPS-谱仪探测效率的影响因素有几何因子、空气层吸收、死层吸收、本征探测效率等,为了更精确地计算放射源的活度,分析母体核素种类和浓度,探究各因素对探测效率的影响具有重要意义。使用蒙特卡罗软件模拟不同探源距、真空度下的放射源的能谱测量;使用SRIM模拟5 MeV 粒子在空气和死层中的射程及分布;使用PIPS-谱仪测量241Am,238Pu,239Pu三种标准源的实际能谱;根据实验与模拟的结果对各个因素对探测效率的影响进行分析,并计算得到谱仪对不同放射源的本征探测效率。结果表明:在PIPS-谱仪的能谱测量过程中,影响谱仪探测效率的主要因素是几何因子和本征探测效率,空气层和死层对粒子的吸收可以忽略不计;谱仪对241Am,238Pu,239Pu三种标准源的本征探测效率分别为64.84%,49.95%,51.55%。 相似文献

主要介绍了利用252Cf标准裂变中子能谱刻度快脉冲LS301型液闪中子探测器的探测效率的实验方法和结果, 简要介绍了实验数据的处理过程, 得到了阈值分别为0.5, 0.7, 1.0和1.6 MeV, 以及中子能量在10 MeV以下的探测器效率, 并对测量结果进行了误差分析。同时为了检验实验结果的准确性, 将实验结果与理论计算结果进行比较, 两者在不确定度范围内符合得很好。Neutron detection efficiency of LS301 fast neutron detector was calibrated by measuring the neutron energy spectrum of 252Cf source, which has a standard fission neutron spectrum. A low mass, fast ionization chamber is used as the fission fragments detector in the time of flight(TOF) spectrometer and afforded the start signal of neutron flight. The stop signal was offered by the anode of LS301. A measured TOF spectrum was turned to the neutron energy spectrum which will be compared with the standard one. Consequently, the fast neutron detection efficiency of LS301 was obtained. Calibration procedures of experimental and data processing was given. Relative detection efficiencies were obtained separately for threshold settings of 0.5, 0.7, 1.0 and 1.6 MeV for neutron energies under 10 MeV. Experimental results accorded with theoretical efficiency curves which were calculated with the Monte Carlo code NEFF50. 相似文献
