By using the beat frequency technique, the dual-wavelength digital holography(DWDH) can greatly increase the measurement range of the system. However, the beat frequency technique has a limitation in measurement range. The measurement range is not larger than a synthetic wavelength. Here, to break through this limitation, we propose a novel DWDH method based on the constrained underdetermined equations, which consists of three parts:(i) prove that the constrained underdetermined equation has a unique integer solution,(ii) design an algorithm to search for the unique integer solution,(iii) introduce a third wavelength into the DWDH system, and design a corresponding algorithm to enhance the anti-noise performance of DWDH. As far as we know, it is the first time that we have discovered that the problem of DWDH can belong in a problem of contained underdetermined equations, and it is also the first time that we have given the mathematical proof for breaking through the limitation of the measurement range. A series of results is shown to test the theory and the corresponding algorithms. More importantly, since the principle of proposed DWDH is based on basic mathematical principles, it can be further extended to various fields, such as dual-wavelength microwave imaging and dual-wavelength coherent diffraction imaging.  相似文献

An optical system for the parallel evaluation of in- and out-of-plane dynamical deformations will be described. A double pulse laser with pulse separation in the microsecond range is used for the investigations. Two separate interferograms of an object under test, in its undeformed and deformed state, are recorded in a few microseconds. The object is illuminated from two different directions and imaged onto a CCD sensor. This produces two sensitivity vectors. The reference beams have different directions in order to produce two directional spatial carriers. The Fourier method is used for quantitative evaluation, and the measurements along different sensitivity vectors are separated in the Fourier domain. The phases of the two interferograms are obtained from the complex amplitudes and the two dimensional deformation is calculated from the phases. Experimental results are presented.  相似文献

Pulsed digital holographic interferometry is a widely used technique for measurement of surface deformations. The results are displayed as high-quality images containing the surface deformation represented as a continuous function with high-precision and good resolution. On the theoretical side, the high precision finite-elements method (HPFEM) can be used to compute whole deformation maps of elastic continua, with a resolution comparable to that obtained with digital holographic interferometry. To prove the latter a series of resonant modes from a flat rectangular metal plate obtained with digital holographic interferometry will be compared to the same modes obtained under the same conditions with HPFEM. A very useful measurement concept is reached by combining both methods since they can be performed in parallel and within the same working area.  相似文献

研究以发光二极管(LED)作为光源的部分相干光数字全息技术.首先研究LED的时间相干性和空间相干性,尽管LED的时间相干性较差,但空间相干性可以通过减小光源发光面积来提高.利用LED的时间相干性较差、相干长度短的特点,抑制相干噪声,改善数字全息重建质量.在同一全息记录系统,通过实验,比较了用激光和LED光源的数字全息重建图像质量.结果表明:基于LED光源的数字全息,完全消除了使用激光光源的散斑噪声和由光学元件引入的寄生干涉噪声,物光场的重现质量,包括振幅和相位都得到了很大提高.但由于LED光源的较低的空间相干性,一般只适用于同轴相移数字全息,待测物体的厚度在十几微米以内,应用受到一定限制.  相似文献

CCD像素数和动态范围的不足极大地限制了数字全息技术的发展与应用,针对这一问题提出基于信息融合的双CCD镜像重叠布置方案。该方案首先给出了利用2个球面波干涉的方法来判断2个CCD的空间相对位置,并证明了该方法的可行性。然后在实验中利用球面波与平面波进行离轴干涉并结合数字干涉技术来实时地调节2个CCD的位置,使其相对位置初步达到镜像重叠。最后再利用计算机数字图像处理技术进行更加精确的标定,得出2个CCD之间镜像重叠位置的标定参数。实验结果表明,利用上述方法能够较精确地调节和标定2个CCD的相对镜像重叠位置,其误差仅为14 m。  相似文献

提出了一种基于数字全息技术测定涡旋光束拓扑电荷数的方法.该方法通过数字全息技术获取涡旋光束和参考光的全息图并重构出涡旋光束的波前相位,判定相位围绕相位奇点的周期性分布来测定涡旋光束的拓扑电荷数.在拓扑电荷数取值分别为整数和分数的情况下,通过对数值模拟和实验结果的比较,表明该方法能够较准确地测定出拓扑电荷数.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new method of aperture synthetizing in digital holography based on the principle of holography. In the new method aperture synthetizing is achieved by reconstructing each sub-hologram respectively, firstly, moving each reconstructed wave field referred to the benchmark reconstructed wave field according to the relationship between spacial motion and frequency shift, and finally splicing them by using superposition. Two different recording ways, using plane wave to record and using spherical wave to record, are analyzed, and their moving formula is deduced, too. Simulation and experiment are done. The results show that in comparison with the traditional method of aperture synthetizing in digital holography, the new method can decrease calculation and save reconstructed time obviously which has better applicability.  相似文献

A simple technique is given for measuring stresses in reflecting thin films, using real-time holography. The technique gives clear real fringes with good visibility which can be easily monitored and photographed. No substrate profile measurement is needed. Thermal stress of 0.49 × 109 dynes cm-2 is observed for a 200.0 nm thick Ag film in the temperature range of 30 to 55°C. This is in good agreement with reported values.  相似文献

菲涅耳非相干相关全息术(Fresnel incoherent correlation holography,FINCH)利用在空间光调制器(spatial light modulator,SLM)上加载双透镜模式对同一物点光分束自相干,并通过改变加载的相位因子得到不同的相移全息图.本系统利用SLM可分区编码调制特性,将FINCH成像中SLM上分三次加载的0°,120°,240°相位双透镜掩模各提取1/3组成一幅复合相移模式加载,并研究了三种相位分布方式对FINCH成像质量的影响.结果表明:三个相位在SLM上分布间隔越大,再现像越清晰.在此基础上,提出了一种新的掩模加载方式,在SLM加载透镜阵列,每一个相位因子对应一个双透镜,具有一个光轴.实验表明,通过这种加载方式,通过SLM后形成的三个相移图能够一次在电荷耦合器上记录,并且三个相移图不重叠,然后通过MATLAB编程计算将不同相移角度的全息图分别提取出来,通过三步相移计算合成一幅包含有物光波的复值全息图,最后通过数值再现算法重建待测样品.此系统可用于对光源相干性较低的实时成像系统,也为微小形变测量、动态物体的观测提供了新方法,为非相干数字全息术的发展提供了新思路.  相似文献

提出一种在四步相移数字全息中消除随机相移误差及CCD噪声的方法。通过多次重复四步相移数字全息的实验过程,使得每一步的相移都有多幅全息图像与之对应,把每一步对应的多幅全息图像进行数学平均就会得到4幅全息均值图像。理论分析表明,使用这4幅全息均值图像进行数字全息的重建,可以得到精确的物光波的分布,有效地消除随机相移误差及CCD噪声的影响。计算机模拟结果表明:该方法有助于提高数字全息重建光场质量。  相似文献

鉴于数字全息表面粗糙度测量是对被记录的数字全息图进行数值重建获得相应的相位值,将其映射为表面轮廓值后来计算表面粗糙度参数的,分别以标准分辨率板和高度标定板为检测样本,对构建的数字全息测量系统进行了重建误差及重复性测试,包括横向尺寸误差及高度误差,横向尺寸重建误差及重复误差分别为1.11%和0.61%,高度重建误差及重复误差分别为11%和1.8%。以宽带介质膜平面反射镜为样本,测得其3段评定长度(包含15个取样长度)的表面粗糙度平均值分别为0.010 37 m、0.010 33 m和0.009 67 m。  相似文献

提出了一种基于涡旋光照明的暗场数字全息显微方法. 从理论上阐述了涡旋光环形照明原理和暗场数字全息显微原理, 分析了涡旋光的准无衍射特性对成像的影响; 搭建了相应的数字全息显微成像系统, 采用690 nm的聚苯乙烯小球作为实验样品; 最后通过对小球明暗场下数字全息显微再现像的分析对比, 证明该方法可以有效地提高数字全息系统的分辨率, 同时增强了再现像的对比度. 关键词: 全息 暗场数字全息显微 涡旋光 分辨率  相似文献

在数字全息技术中无透镜傅里叶同轴数字全息具有高分辨,再现速度快等优点,因此有着广泛的应用前景,但它也存在再现像与直透光场及其共轭像重叠,较难分离的缺点。针对这一问题,在分析了无透镜傅里叶同轴数字全息图记录和再现原理的基础上,提出了单步相移倒频谱技术,并在理论上分析了该技术对分离出清晰再现像的可能性和该技术适用的关键条件。通过仿真实验进行了验证,结果表明:单步相移倒频谱技术能够较好地解决无透镜傅里叶同轴数字全息技术中再现像与直透光场及其共轭像重合这一困难,得到清晰的再现像;同时给出了实际实验中单步相移倒频谱技术能够适用的条件参数,这为后面的进一步实验提供了参考依据。  相似文献

Progresses in microsystem technology promise a lot of new applications in industry and research. However, the increased complexity of the microsystems demand sensitive and robust measurement techniques. Fullfield and non invasive methods are desirable to get access to spatially resolved material properties and parameters.This contribution describes a simple and fast interferometric method for the analysis of shape and deformation of small objects by optical means. These quantities together with a well defined loading of the components can be the starting point for the determination of material parameters like Poisson-ratio, Young's modulus or the thermal expansion coefficient. Holographic interferometry and multiple wavelength contouring as well as multiple source point contouring are precise enough to fulfill the requests for precision and resolution in microsystem technology even on complex shaped structures with steps or gapsA new adaptive, iterative algorithm is developed and applied to the measured results that allows the numerical evaluation of the phase data to get absolute shape and deformation information in Cartesian coordinates. Surfaces with holes, gaps and steps can be registered without any ambiguities. Digital holography as the underlying holographic recording mechanism is extremely suitable for small objects and lead to simple and compact setups in which the objects’ shape as well as their deformation behavior can be recorded. Experiments using silicon microbeams and an object from fine mechanics are described to show the great potential of these fast and robust measurement techniques with respect to the determination of material parameters.  相似文献

 将全息图拼接技术应用到相移数字全息术中,改善再现像的质量。用全息图强度相关原理进行全息图拼接,再通过标准四步算法对拼接后的全息图进行运算,恢复原始物光。作为对比,对没有拼接的全息图进行了同样的操作。计算机模拟实验证明该全息图拼接技术可明显提高再现像的质量。同时,通过对光学实验获得的全息图进行零填充和拼接对比研究证明,前者只能提高系统成像的细节显示能力,后者能够提高再现像的分辨率和视场大小。  相似文献

随着太赫兹成像技术的不断成熟,其空间分辨率和系统信噪比逐渐提高,成像速度逐渐加快,光学信息获取能力逐渐变强,人们对太赫兹成像在基础研究和工业应用的开发也逐渐深入。本文综述了近年来科研人员利用太赫兹数字全息成像系统进行的部分研究工作,包括对平板太赫兹元件的性能表征、对光控太赫兹元件的功能验证、对衍射太赫兹场中的纵向分量进行观测、以及对金属亚波长器件的太赫兹表面波进行分析。这些工作的完成对于太赫兹集成系统的研究和太赫兹成像技术的应用都具有积极的推动作用。  相似文献
