提出并实现了一种可增强微球谐振腔热非线性效应的方法。通过在微球谐振腔表面涂覆低折射率紫外胶形成并制备了混合谐振腔。通过分析混合谐振腔结构的热光系数,从理论和实验论证了混合谐振腔结构可获得更大的热非线性效应,同时验证了混合谐振腔的品质因素对热非线性的影响。应用此混合谐振腔结构于温度传感实验,结果表明通过增强方法制备的谐振腔其检测灵敏度提高了2.8倍。因此,此方法在传感应用、生物化学检测、通讯等领域也有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

回音壁模式光学微腔由于其品质因子高、模式体积小等优点, 近年来在非标记性的纳米粒子探测方面得到了广泛的重视, 开展了大量的研究, 取得了重要的进展. 利用回音壁微腔的拉曼激光, 通过测量纳米粒子造成的模式劈裂的拍频, 可以实现不同环境下纳米粒子的实时探测. 与传统的稀土离子掺杂法不同, 这种方法采用腔的内禀增益, 不仅提高了应用回音壁模式微腔进行纳米粒子探测的极限, 而且避免了传统方法中稀土离子能级对泵浦光的限制, 拓展了应用范围. 这种方法还可以应用于其他材料的回音壁微腔, 如硅基微环腔等, 以及光子晶体结构、超材料等受损耗限制的系统中. 本文简单介绍了回音壁模式光学微腔进行纳米粒子探测的基本原理以及最新研究进展.  相似文献

Based on the nonlinear Schr?dinger equation(NLSE) with damping, detuning, and driving terms describing the evolution of signals in a Kerr microresonator, we apply periodic nonlinear Fourier transform(NFT) to the study of signals during the generation of the Kerr optical frequency combs(OFCs). We find that the signals in different states, including the Turing pattern, the chaos, the single soliton state, and the multi-solitons state, can be distinguished according to different distributions of the eigenvalue spectrum. Specially, the eigenvalue spectrum of the single soliton pulse is composed of a pair of conjugate symmetric discrete eigenvalues and the quasi-continuous eigenvalue spectrum with eye-like structure.Moreover, we have successfully demonstrated that the number of discrete eigenvalue pairs in the eigenvalue spectrum corresponds to the number of solitons formed in a round-trip time inside the Kerr microresonator. This work shows that some characteristics of the time-domain signal can be well reflected in the nonlinear domain.  相似文献

Shift of resonance frequency in microsphere optical resonator due to attachment of a desirable particle is obtained. Our 3-D finite element numerical method (FEM) simulations’ results show the path of light through microsphere and its variation due to attachment of particle. It is apparent that after attachment of particle to microsphere's surface, light is inclined to pass through the particle. Subsequently, the path of light becomes longer than previous. Because of this phenomenon, the resonance wavelength shifts to longer wavelengths. It is shown that microsphere optical resonator is a prominent biosensor for single virus detection since we applied characteristics of virus for particle in our simulations. Response of this biosensor depends on the characteristics of particle like its radius as we show in this article. Transmission spectrum of fiber which reveals a selected resonance frequency, have been studied in the frequency range of 106.3 to 107 THz under three different sizes of particles. The results show that the amount of frequency shift rises by enhancement of particle's size.  相似文献

采用标量网络分析仪(SNA)对毫米波段的Fabry-Perot准光腔进行了品质因数测定。通过纵向半波数的测试确定了谐振峰对应的模式,给出了AV3617测量数据并计算了相应的外观品质因数和固有品质因数,详细分析了扫频测试的误差及其误差来源。分析表明,半功率点的频率测定误差是引起准光腔品质因数测量误差的主要因素;利用扫频源HP83630A较高的频率分辨率,结合参考频标使测试数据的有效位数增加,从而提高了测试准光腔品质因数的精度。  相似文献

提出具有高群有效折射率的双环级联作为核心元件的谐振式平面光波导陀螺结构, 基于光学Sagnac原理得到了双微环耦合谐振式光学陀螺理论灵敏度与群有效折射率的一般表达式和双环与单环陀螺系统的灵敏度关系, 并由耦合模理论方法得到了双环系统耦合器的两个透射系数对应的群有效折射率变化情况. 在环腔半径R1=R2=100 μm、环腔传输损耗系数t1=t2=0.95的情况下, 针对环与环之间耦合器和环与波导之间耦合器透射系数对群有效折射率的不同影响, 得到了最大群有效折射率的产生条件. 采用文中参数(R=100 μm, t=0.95)计算的单环谐振式陀螺灵敏度为(104-105)°/h, 而双环级联谐振系统理论灵敏度能够达到10 °/h. 该研究对微环耦合谐振腔在角速度检测上的应用有重要的意义.  相似文献

本文在杂化密度泛函理论水平上研究了溶剂对2-(N-甲基)氨基-5-硝基吡啶分子非线性光学性质的影响.在溶剂中,构造了包括氢键作用的超分子体系,在优化结构的基础上分别研究了由极化连续模型模拟的溶剂与该分子的长程相互作用、溶剂与该分子的氢键相互作用以及溶剂与包括氢键作用的超分子体系整体的相互作用对分子的几何结构、非线性光学性质、紫外吸收光谱和电荷分布等特性的影响.结果表明,溶剂中分子电偶极矩、线性极化率和第一超极化率都增大,而溶剂与溶质分子通过氢键形成的超分子结构与单体有着明显区别.因此,氢键对分子结构和性质的影响较大,从而将明显的影响该类分子的非线性光学性质.  相似文献

采用拉曼散射光谱和PR650光谱光度计对VHF-PECVD制备的微晶硅薄膜进行了结构表征和在线监测研究.结果表明:功率对材料的晶化率(χc)有一定的调节作用,硅烷浓度大,微调作用更明显;SiH*的强度只能在一定的范围内表征材料的沉积速率,功率大相应的速率反而下降;I[Hα*]/I[SiH*]强度比值反映了材料晶化程度,此结果和拉曼散射光谱测试结果显示出一致性;I[Hβ*]/I[Hα*]的强度比表明氢等离子体中的电子温度随功率的增大而逐渐降低. 关键词: 甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积 微晶硅 拉曼散射谱 光发射谱  相似文献

利用液芯光纤技术研究了不同浓度的β-Carotene的CS2溶液的吸收与荧光的特性对CS2的一、二阶Stokes谱线阈值的影响.实验发现随溶液浓度(10-8—10-6 mol/L)增加,CS2的一阶Stokes谱线的激发阈值相对变高;并且与纯CS2芯液的受激拉曼散射相比较,在低抽运能量激发下,就观察到CS2的二阶Stokes谱线.这主要是由于在CS2的受激拉曼谱线产生的过程中,β-Carotene的CS2溶液的吸收和荧光共同影响了CS2的一、二阶Stokes谱线的阈值.我们进行了理论上的拟合与分析,其结果与实验符合很好. 关键词: 2受激拉曼散射阈值')" href="#">CS2受激拉曼散射阈值 液芯光纤 吸收与荧光  相似文献

Long-wave infrared(IR) generation based on type-II(o→e+o) phase matching ZnGeP 2(ZGP) and CdSe optical parametric oscillators(OPOs) pumped by a 2.05 μm Tm,Ho:GdVO 4 laser is reported.The comparisons of the birefringent walk-off effect and the oscillation threshold between ZGP and CdSe OPOs are performed theoretically and experimentally.For the ZGP OPO,up to 419 mW output at 8.04 μm is obtained at the 8 kHz pump pulse repetition frequency(PRF) with a slope efficiency of 7.6%.This ZGP OPO can be continuously tuned from 7.8 to 8.5 μm.For the CdSe OPO,we demonstrate a 64 mW output at 8.9 μm with a single crystal 28 mm in length.  相似文献

An analysis is reported of thickness-induced defects in amorphous GeSe2 thin films deposited by the vacuum evaporation technique. X-ray diffraction studies confirmed the amorphous nature of the thin films. Optical absorption measurements revealed an indirect transition with an energy gap that increases with film thickness. A blue shift in optical transmittance edges was observed in annealed GeSe2 thin films. The obtained lower values of Urbach energy (E U) indicate that as thickness increases more ordered films can be produced. Raman spectra suggest that annealing promotes corner-sharing GeSe4/2 tetrahedra and edge-sharing Ge2Se8/2 bi-tetrahedra bonding and leads to the reduction in disorder in bonding network, which is amply supported by the way of increase in band gap, increase in Tauc parameter (B 1/2) and reduction in E U from the analysis of transmittance spectra. Increasing the thickness promotes tetrahedral and bi-tetrahedral bonding through the reduction in bonding defects.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法研究了O、Na单掺杂及O和Na共掺杂单层h-BN的形成能、电子结构和光学性质.结果表明:单掺杂体系中,O掺杂N位置、Na掺杂B位置时,掺杂形成能最低;共掺杂体系中,O和Na邻位掺杂,掺杂形成能最低.与单层h-BN相比,引入杂质原子后的体系禁带宽度均减小,其中O掺杂为n型掺杂,Na掺杂为p型掺杂,而O和Na共掺h-BN体系为直接带隙材料,有利于提高载流子的迁移率.在光学性质方面,Na掺杂h-BN体系与O和Na共掺h-BN的静介电常数均增大,在低能区介电虚部和光吸收峰均发生红移,其中Na掺杂体系红移最为显著,极化能力最强.因此Na单掺和O和Na共掺有望增强单层h-BN的光催化能力,可扩展其在催化材料、光电器件等领域的应用.  相似文献

For calcite (CaCO3), one of the pioneer crystals in nonlinear optics, new results of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) spectroscopy are presented. Among them are the discovery of a new SRS‐promoting vibration mode with ωSRS2 ≈︁ 282 cm‐1 and its participation, together with the main SRS mode ωSRS1 ≈︁ 1086.5 cm‐1, in cross‐cascaded (χ(3) ↔ χ(3)) nonlinear‐lasing generation, as well as the observation of efficient self‐upconversion via cascaded parametric four‐wave processes of one‐micron Stokes and anti‐Stokes χ(3)‐lasing into the UV‐region of third harmonic generation. The investigations show that calcite is able to generate a χ(3)‐lasing comb of more than two octaves bandwidth. The article also gives a brief review on the discovery and study of the SRS‐effect in natural crystals (minerals), which have expanded our ability to study the photon‐phonon nonlinear‐laser interactions in crystalline materials. A short summary of information about χ(3)‐lasing properties of the triangular planar structure units in SRS‐active crystals is included.  相似文献

The near infrared Fourier‐transform (NIR FT)‐Raman and Fourier‐transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopies supported by HF/6‐31G(d) computations have been employed to derive equilibrium geometry, vibrational wavenumbers and the first hyperpolarizability of the nonlinear optical (NLO) material, L ‐arginine nitrate (LAN) hemihydrate. The reasonable NLO efficiency, predicted for the first time in this novel compound, has been confirmed by Kurtz–Perry powder second harmonic generation (SHG) experiments. The changes in the atomic charge distribution among different groups due to the presence of strong electronegative atoms and the shrinking of N O bonds of nitrate anion and C N bonds of guanidyl group have been analyzed. The splitting of the carboxylate stretching modes, blue shifting of methine vibrations and the electronic effects such as backdonation and induction on the methylene hydrogen atoms have also been examined in detail. The intense low wavenumber H‐bond Raman vibrations due to electron–phonon coupling and nonbonded interactions in making the LAN molecule NLO active have been discussed based on the vibrational spectral features. The natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis and HF computations confirm the occurrence of strong intra‐ and intermolecular N H·O and O H·O ionic hydrogen bonding between charged species providing the noncentrosymmetric structure in the LAN crystal.
