A new functionality of ABAQUS/Standard, which allows for a nonlinear analysis prior to a complex eigenvalue extraction in order to study the stability of brake systems, is used to analyse disc brake squeal. An attempt is made to investigate the effects of system parameters, such as the hydraulic pressure, the rotational velocity of the disc, the friction coefficient of the contact interactions between the pads and the disc, the stiffness of the disc, and the stiffness of the back plates of the pads, on the disc squeal. The simulation results show that significant pad bending vibration may be responsible for the disc brake squeal. The squeal can be reduced by decreasing the friction coefficient, increasing the stiffness of the disc, using damping material on the back plates of the pads, and modifying the shape of the brake pads. 相似文献

Noise in a laser printer is affected by many components, such as spring force, spring constant, and friction coefficient. Objective evaluation of pick up noise is difficult because of background noises, such as operating sound. In particular, pick up noise generated between the friction pad and paper in the process of printing has become an essential aspect of quality evaluation. However, the existing criteria for evaluating pick-up noise have solely relied on subjective human judgments; therefore, there is a need to objectify these criteria. In this paper, the noise index for determining the existence of pick-up noise is established using a modified tonality at just noticeable sound level limit. The study has investigated factors that cause pick-up noise and suggests the substitution of printer components that determine spring constants, spring force, and the quality of friction pads. The proposed noise index is successfully applied to classifying the pick-up noise and mitigating the noise through the optimized design combination of laser printer components. 相似文献

Characteristics of radiation impedance and its inducing variation of electrical impedance for a controllable source have been investigated. An impedance-based error criterion has been proposed and its application to active noise control is demonstrated through a coil driven loudspeaker. A general formula of radiation impedance is derived for two control strategies, according to the criterion of total acoustic power output. The radiation impedances of some commonly used sound sources are calculated. We discuss in detail the relation between variation of the input electrical impedance and radiation impedance for the two control strategies. An AC-bridge circuit is designed to measure the weak variation of electrical impedance resulted from radiation impedance. The input electrical impedance of a loudspeaker was measured and the experimental result is consistent with that of theoretical analysis. An impedance-based error criterion is proposed since the AC-bridge relative output is unique for a certain control strategy. The implementation of this criterion applied to an active control system is analyzed by simulations. An analogue control system is set up and experiments are carried out in a semi-anechoic chamber to verify the new control approach. 相似文献

We report on investigations on the consequences of the quasiclassical Langevin equation. This Langevin equation is an equation of motion of the classical type where, however, the stochastic Langevin force is correlated according to the quantum form of the dissipation-fluctuation theorem such that ultimately its power spectrum increases linearly with frequency. Most extensively, we have studied the decay of a metastable state driven by a stochastic force. For a particular type of potential well (piecewise parabolic), we have derived explicit expressions for the decay rate for an arbitrary power spectrum of the stochastic force. We have found that the quasiclassical Langevin equation leads to decay rates which are physically meaningful only within a very restricted range. We have also studied the influence of quantum fluctuations on a predominantly deterministic motion and we have found that there the predictions of the quasiclassical Langevin equations are correct. 相似文献

提出了一种新型的混沌系统同步方法,即错位投影同步,要求驱动系统和响应系统中的所有状态向量,至少有一对不是按照原有的对应关系成比例同步,而是按照向量的错位关系成比例投影同步.以新型的四维超混沌Qi系统为例,分析出23种混沌系统的同步方案.针对其中一种同步,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,设计有效的非线性控制器,实现初始值不同的两个超混沌Qi系统错位投影同步.另外,将该方法应用于混沌保密通信中,基于改进的混沌掩盖通信原理,在发送端使用超混沌信号对信息信号进行加密并发送,最后从同步后的接收端系统不失真地恢复出有用信号.数值仿真表明,该方案有着良好的通信和保密特性. 相似文献

In this paper, a simple adaptive linear feedback control method is proposed for controlling the scaling factor between two coupled unified chaotic systems to a desired value, based on the invarianee principle of differential equations. Under this control strategy, one can arbitrarily select the scaling factor. Numerical simulations are given to support the effectiveness of the proposed method and show the robustness against noise. Furthermore, a secure communication scheme based on the adaptive projective synchronization of unified chaotic systems is presented and numerical simulation shows its feasibility.[第一段] 相似文献

subsystem with delay of the Takagi--Sugeno (TS) fuzzy IF--THEN rules and
then present a unified TS impulsive fuzzy model with delay for chaos
control. Based on the new model, a simple and unified set of
conditions for controlling chaotic systems is derived by the
Lyapunov--Razumikhin method, and a design procedure for estimating
bounds on control matrices is also given. Several numerical examples

和Hamilton-Jacobi方法类似,Vujanovi?场方法把求解常微分方程组特解的问题转化为寻找一个一阶拟线性偏微分方程(基本偏微分方程)完全解的问题,但Vujanovi?场方法依赖于求出基本偏微分方程的完全解,而这通常是困难的,这就极大地限制了场方法的应用.本文将求解常微分方程组特解的Vujanovi?场方法改进为寻找动力学系统运动方程第一积分的场方法,并将这种方法应用于一阶线性非完整约束系统Riemann-Cartan位形空间运动方程的积分问题中.改进后的场方法指出,只要找到基本偏微分方程的包含m(m≤ n,n为基本偏微分方程中自变量的数目)个任意常数的解,就可以由此找到系统m个第一积分.特殊情况下,如果能够求出基本偏微分方程的完全解(完全解是m=n时的特例),那么就可以由此找到≤系统全部第一积分,从而完全确定系统的运动.Vujanovi?场方法等价于这种特殊情况. 相似文献

This paper develops a fast filtering algorithm based on vibration systems theory and neural information exchange approach. The characters, including the derivation process and parameter analysis, are discussed and the feasibility and the effectiveness are testified by the filtering performance compared with various filtering methods, such as the fast wavelet transform algorithm, the particle filtering method and our previously developed single degree of freedom vibration system filtering algorithm, according to simulation and practical approaches. Meanwhile, the comparisons indicate that a significant advantage of the proposed fast filtering algorithm is its extremely fast filtering speed with good filtering performance. Further, the developed fast filtering algorithm is applied to the navigation and positioning system of the micro motion robot, which is a high real-time requirement for the signals preprocessing. Then, the preprocessing data is used to estimate the heading angle error and the attitude angle error of the micro motion robot. The estimation experiments illustrate the high practicality of the proposed fast filtering algorithm. 相似文献

针对单输入单输出系统的故障检测, 采用混沌振荡器作为激励源, 并利用非一致延迟时间法对被测系统输出时间序列进行相空间重构. 在相空间中平衡点附近定义了指向Lyapunov指数, 并用其对被测系统输出在相空间中平衡点附近特征结构进行分析, 实现了对单输入单输出系统的故障检测. 仿真结果表明, 被测系统的参数变化将会引起相空间中平衡点附近特征结构的改变, 指向Lyapunov指数对其变化敏感.
