报道了用国产LD泵浦Nd∶YVO4产生的1.342μm的输出.首次用Ⅱ类临界位相匹配LBO腔内倍频实现了671nm的红激光输出.当泵浦注入功率为800mW时,倍频红激光基模输出为52mW,光光转换效率达6.5%.光束经扩束准直后测得偏振比高于100∶1.在输出功率为40mW时,48h连续工作稳定性优于±2%. 相似文献

An LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 passively Q-switched by V:YAG and intracavity frequency doubled by LBO red pulse laser at 671 nm was presented. With 1.6 W incident pump power, average output power of 53 mW, pulse duration (FWHM) of 29.5 ns, pulse repetition rate of 37.2 kHz, peak power of 48.3 W and single-pulse energy of 1.43 μJ were obtained. A design of high efficient LD-pumped Nd∶YVO4/LBO red laser was reported in this paper. For the first time, type-I critical phase-matched LBO was used for 1.342 μm intracavity frequency-doubling to obtain 671 nm red laser. With 760 mW incident pump power, 78 mW TEM00 mode red laser output was obtained, the optical-to-optical conversion up to 10%. Measurements showed the beam divergent angle less than 0.5 mrad, polarization degree more than 100∶1 and power instability in 48 hours less than ±2%. 相似文献

A new laser transition at 1112 nm was obtained after analyzing the parameters of the main laser transitions in Nd:YAG and calculating the transmission loss of the cavity at 1064, 1319, and 946 nm. The maximum output power of the fundamental wavelength was 610 mW, the fundamental wavelength light-to-light conversion efficiency was 38.1%, the maximum output at 556 nm was 109 mW intra-cavity frequency doubled by LBO, the SHG conversion efficiency was 17.8%, and the overall light-to-light efficiency was 6.8% for the pump power of 1.6 W. 相似文献

对LD端面抽运的Nd∶YVO4/KTP腔内倍频激光器的三镜折叠腔结构进行优化设计,研究了总腔长、输入镜曲率半径和Nd∶YVO4和KTP晶体的热效应对激光谐振腔的稳定区域、Nd∶YVO4晶体内基模光束半径的影响。实验结果表明:该方法所得出的结论与理论相吻合。在实验中比较了折叠腔不同折叠角度的红光输出功率,并获得了最佳折叠角度为25°,其有效倍频效率为10.8%。最后使用基频光的偏振特性与KTP的相位匹配之间的关系对实验结果进行理论解释。 相似文献
