以Pd2(dba)3/XantPhos为原位生成的催化剂,研究了以芳基溴代物与氨基乙醛缩二乙醇之间的偶联反应合成N-(2,2-二乙氧基乙基)芳胺的反应,考察了催化剂前体、配体以及催化剂前体与配体的用量对该反应的影响.实验结果表明,当以2.5%Pd2(dba)3作为催化剂前体,3.75%XantPhos作为配体,吸电子取代和给电子取代的芳基溴代物均可与氨基乙醛缩二乙醇发生C—N交叉偶联反应,高选择性的得到产物N-(2,2-二乙氧基乙基)芳胺,分离收率为73%-96%. 相似文献

The reaction of 6-[1-Aza-2-(dimethylamino)prop-l-enyl]-5-iodo-1,3-dimethyluracil (3) with various olefins in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)2 and 1.5 equiv. of K2CO3 in DMF at 120 °C gave the pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives (5a-b and 7a-d) in moderate to high yield. 相似文献

Potassium N-methyltrifluoroborate isoindolin-1-one was synthesized and used in Suzuki–Miyaura palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with aryl and heteroaryl chlorides to prepare 29 examples of substituted N-benzyl isoindolin-1-ones. The new approach benefits from mild reaction conditions that tolerate a variety of functional groups. In addition, because of the large number of commercially available aryl and heteroaryl chlorides that can serve as coupling partners, the approach readily provides access to libraries of substituted N-benzyl isoindolin-1-ones. 相似文献

以 3-溴苯甲醚为原料合成了新型双膦配体 6,6′-二甲氧基-2,2′-二 (二-N-咔唑基膦)-1,1′联苯, 并将该配体与钯组成的配合物用于对溴苯甲醚和苯硼酸的 Suzuki 偶联反应, 考察了溶剂、碱、底物/催化剂摩尔比、膦/钯摩尔比对偶联反应的影响. 结果表明, 该催化体系在 1,4-二氧六环中催化对溴苯甲醚和苯硼酸的 Suzuki 偶联反应得到 99% 的分离产率. 同时, 该催化体系用于其它芳基溴和苯硼酸的 Suzuki 偶联反应也表现出很好的催化性能, 即使芳基溴有较大的空间位阻或具有取代基也能获得很好的结果. 相似文献

The current article reports in detail the preparation of two phosphonoterephthalic acids: 2-phosphonoterephthalic acid (1) and 2,5-diphosphonoterephthalic acid (2). Efficient, scalable syntheses have been developed for both compounds based on Pd-catalyzed coupling reactions of iodinated terephthalate esters. Phosphonoterephthalic acids are potentially useful as flame-retardant additives or as monomers for the construction of acid-pendant polymer chains. We report herein the application of 1,1-bis[(pinacolato)boryl]methane as a new type of terminating reagent to realize three-component coupling reaction with aryl iodide and different electrophiles. A series of ortho-disubstituted benzylboronates can be synthesized and the ortho-substituent can be varied by using bromoacetic esters or O-benzoyl hydroxylamine as electrophiles with slightly modified reaction conditions. The reaction shows good functional group tolerance and the obtained benzyl boronate products can be easily transformed to various synthetically useful compounds. 相似文献

2-Carbonyl-1-indanols were synthesized in moderate to good yields by the reaction of orthohalogenated aryl aldehyde with Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts via a one-pot, palladium-catalyzed tandem Heck–aldol reaction.
