摘    要:随机选取台中本地1号(TN1)与有野生稻亲源的B14构建的重组自交系(RILs)中的180个株系,运用SSR标记技术,对控制糙米粒长,长宽比,直链淀粉含量的基础进行了分子标记定位,结果表明控制直链淀粉含量的基因位于第6染色体短臂微卫星标记RM225和RM276之间,离RM225和RM276的遗传距离分别为5.0cM和8.4cM;第3染色体微卫星标记RM186附近也有一控制该性状的微效基因位点。控制粒长,长宽比的数量性状基因位点(QTL)定位于第2染色体RM240、RM6和RM233、RM211附近。

Abstract:We randomly selected 180 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between TN1 and B14 and employed the simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers and bulked segregant analysis to locate genes controlling rice grain length, ratio of length to width and amylose content. The results indicated that a gene controlling amylose content was located on the short arm of chromosome 6 between RM225 and RM276. It was 5.0 cM from RM225 and 8.4 cM form M276, respectively. Another locus was mapped in the vicinity of the marker RM186 on chromosome 3. QTLs for brown rice length and ratio of length to width have been located on rice chromosome 2 near RM240 and RM6, RM233 and RM211.
