摘    要:研究了对氯苯酚在酪氨酸酶-碳纳米管修饰电极上的酶催化氧化和电化学还原过程.实验表明,酶催化反应和电化学反应均受溶液pH值的影响,酶催化反应为控制步骤.对氯苯酚的浓度在0.12~1.11 mmol.L-1范围内,与电流呈线性关系,检出限为14μmol.L-1.酶催化反应的表观米氏常数Km=163μmol.L-1.

Abstract:The use of electrochemical biosensors has been shown to be a suitable alternative with respect to the conventional well-established analytical techniques for the monitoring of p-chlorophenol.The reactions of p-chlorophenol on a tyrosinase-carbon nanotube modified electrode were explored.The processes contain the oxidation of p-chlorophenol by enzyme catalysis and the electrochemical reduction of the product.The solution pH effects the reactions.The results reveal that the reaction of enzyme catalysis is the...
