| 摘 要： | 从分析宁波市建设社会主义新农村的目标、过程和结果出发,指出村庄改造是当前新农村建设的重要手段,安全准则、规模效应、比较优势和历史文脉是村庄改造的四大价值取向.按照城乡统筹、循序渐进、因地制宜、目标控制的村庄改造思路,把当前的农村分为示范村、整治村和控制村3类,并提出村庄改造的具体方式.

| Abstract: | Starting with analysis of the process and the results of Ningbo's Socialist New Countryside Construction,the paper points out that village reconstruction takes up a major part in New Countryside Construction process,while the security principles,scale effects,comparative advantages and historical culture are the four value orientation for village reconstruction.According to the reconstruction principles,which include urban-rural unified planning,progressive advancing,suiting measures to local conditions and objective controlling,the paper proposes that the current village system be classified into three types:demonstration,correction and restriction.The particular reconstruction schemes for the respective village type are presented. |
