摘 要: | 以Y沸石为内核,以异丙醇铝为铝源,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在控制条件下合成了MCM-41/Y分子筛复合材料,用X射线衍射,扫描电镜,低温N2吸附等手段对其物理化学性能进行了表征,用萘的液相叔丁基化反应考察了这种新材料的催化性能,结果表明,这种复合材料与HY相比,对反应的活性虽有所下降,但选择性却大大提高。

Abstract: | Under proper conditions, a new material MCM 41/Y zeolites composite can be prepared with Y zeolites as the inner core, Al(OC 3H 7) 3 and TEOS as the source of Aluminum and Silica respectively and CTAB as the template As synthesized samples were physicochemically characterized by XRD,SEM and N 2 adsorption Additionlly, its catalytic properties for alkylation of naphthalene with t butanol in liquid phase were studied The results showed that this kind of new material exhibited lower reactivity and higher selectivity to 2,6 DTBN than conventional HY |
