摘    要:电渗流在毛细管区带电泳(CZE)和胶束电动力色谱(MEKC)中具有重要作用,通过控制电渗流可以提高分辨率或加快分析速度,因而控制和测定电渗流已成为毛细管电泳领域重要的研究课题.SalomonK.['j建立了一种电渗流近似模型,但因影响因素复杂,电渗流还无法从理论上计算,只能通过实验测定.目前常用的测定法有中性示踪剂法['-"、称量法['和电泳电流监测法['j本文提出一种新的电渗流测定法--样品带示踪法,该法不必另加示踪剂,利用样品带中的基体介质即可示踪电渗流.该法适用于较宽的I。H范围及多种检测器,对于某些样品(与…

Abstract:A new method for the determination of the electroosmotic mobility was presented in this paper. The "sample zone" itself was used as a marker of the electroosmotic flow. The elution time of the sample zone from the capillary was derived from the position of the electrophoretic current step. Based on it the mobility of electroosmotic flow can be calculated.The results was well in agreement with those of the neutral marker method. Furthermore,the present method was easy to operate and need no additive equipments.
