摘    要:高效液相色谱荧光衍生化醇和酸能提高检测灵敏度,改善分离效果,综述了最近十多年来高效液相色谱荧光衍生法检测醇和酸的进展情况。列出了衍生化试剂的结构,评述了衍生化的反应条件。指出了今后的发展方向。

Abstract:The fluorescence derivatization for alcohols and acids in high performance liquid chromatography can increase detective sensitivity, and improve separation. Reviewed the progress of fluorescence derivatization for alcohols and acids in high performance liquid chromatography from 1990. The structures of the derivatizing reagents were listed, and the conditions of derivatization procedure were also discussed. The developing direction was pointed out.
