若干芳香化湿类及理气类中药的超临界二氧化碳萃取研究

摘    要:对苍术、砂仁、香附等若干芳香化湿类及理气类中药进行了超临界CO2 萃取 ,并对其中部分萃取产物的组成进行了GC和GC -MS分析。结果显示 ,超临界CO2 萃取产物的质量与出油率较传统水蒸气蒸馏产物均有较大改善和提高

Abstract:Oils from some traditional Chinese medicine such as A.Chinensis (DC.)Koidz., Amomum villosum Lour.,Cyperus rotundus L. were extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide at temperature between 308K and 318Kand pressure between 20 and 25 MPa.The collected extracts by supercritical carbon dioxide and water steam were analyzed by GC,GC-MS and the relative composition of the oils was determined.The results showed that the yields of extracts from supercritical carbon dioxide extraction were increased greatly with their qualities improved obviously compared with those from steam distillation.
