| 摘 要： | 以1-萘酚和邻二氯苯为原料,无水三氯化铝为催化剂,经一步Friedel- Crafts反应合成了抗抑郁药盐酸舍曲林的重要中间体4-(3,4-二氯苯基)-1-萘满酮,通过探讨其反应机理优化了合成条件,并采用高效液相色谱,红外光谱,核磁共振和元素分析等手段确认了产物结构。经改进后的合成产率达72.8%。

| Abstract: | The important intermediate 4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1-tetralone of antidepressant sertraline hydrochloride was synthesized with alpha-naphthol and orthodichlorobenzene as raw materials and anhydrous aluminum as catalyzer by one-step Friedel-Crafts reaction. By studying the reaction mechanism, the synthesis route was optimized, and HPLC, IR, NMR and elementary analysis et al were used to affirmed the product structure. The yield of the modified synthesis technique was 72.8%. |
