摘    要:采用毛细管气相色谱法对由苯酚和甲醛为原料合成的水杨醛及反应物苯酚进行了分离分析。研究了水杨醛与苯酚分离的最佳条件,用正十四烷作内标物进行定量,水杨醛、苯酚在0.5~6.0g/L内有良好的线性,加标平均回收率分别为97、3%、99、0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%。

Abstract:A method for separation and analysis of salicylic aldehyde and phenol by capillary gas chromatography was developed. The optimum separation conditions of salicylic aldehyde and phenol were studied. The quantitative analysis was carried out with internal standard of tetradecance. A good linear relation was in the range of 0. 5 -6.0 g/L for them. The recovery was 97. 3% and 99. 0% respectively and the RSD of the determinated results was less than 5% .
