摘    要:石墨炉原子吸收法测定锗的问题主要是样品原子化前会形成易挥发的GeO,影响分析灵敏度。有关测锗的报道见文献。本工作应用CCl_4萃取和水反萃取,涂钨石墨管石墨炉原子吸收测定人参中锗,获得满意的结果。

Abstract:In this paper graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using graphite tube coatedwith tungsten combined with solvent extration was proposed for the determination of germaniumin ginseng. When the ratios of chlorides of Cu, Fe, Co, Mg, Ca and Na to germanium were notmore than 1000 and using graphite tube coated with tungsten, no interferencence was observedexcept NaCl, A wet oxidation procedure usisg only nitric acid was suitable for digesting ginsengsample. The coefficient of variation for a 5.1 ppm ginseng sample was 4.7% for 7 consecutivemeasurements.
