| Abstract: | A method for the rapid separation of pharmaceutical racemates was established using L _ aspartic acid as a chiral selector. Ten racemates were successfully separated by optimizing separation conditions. Borax and L _ aspartic acid as buffer additives were found to be effective for the chiral separation. The separating mechanism was also discussed. |
