摘    要: 采用高效离子交换色谱法,在流动相中加入二价铜离子,利用埃本膦酸钠通过流动相时与铜离子能形成紫外吸收的络合物的性质,在240nm波长下检测,所用柱为DEAE离子交换柱。方法的最低检测质量浓度为6mg/L线性回归系数为0.9989。方法简便,重现性好。同时考察了pH及有机溶剂对平衡分配的影响。

Abstract:A method for the determination of Ibandronate by high performance ion exchange chromatography is reported.Ibandronate can form a complex compound with the copper ion added in the mobile phase.The complex can be detected at UV 240 nm.The effects of pH of mobile phase and concentration of methanol to the retention time wrer studied.Concentration of 10% methanol and pH 2.5 wre suitable for the detection in less than 5min.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The relative standard deviation of peak area was 0.8%.The linear correlation was observed from 300 mg/L to 1 500mg/L of Ibandronate (r=0.998 9).The lowest detectable concentration of Ibandronate was 6 mg/l.The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
