饮用水中钾钠钙镁离子的毛细管电泳分析

摘    要:用毛细管电泳法分离测定了饮用水中K~ 、Na~ 、Ca~(2 )和Mg~(2 )。于214nm处,用α-羟基异丁酸为络合剂,咪唑作为间接紫外检测试剂,研究了电解质组成、pH值等对分离的影响。在选定条件下,重复进样8次,各阳离子迁移时间的相对标准偏差小于1%,峰面积的相对标准偏差小于4%。

Abstract:The capillary electrophoretic analysis of K~ , Na~ , Ca~(2 ), Mg~(2 ) in drinking water was studied. The background electrolyte consisted of imidazole and hydroxyisobutyric acid. Indirect UV detection at 214nm was performed. The effects of electrolyte composition such as com-plexing agent, pH on the separation were studied. In the established condition, various cations (K~ ,Na~ , Ca~(2 ),Mg~(2 )) were separated within 5 minutes,and the relative standard deviation of migration time and peak area was less than 1% and 4% respectively (n=8)
