摘    要:固相微萃取法(SPME)是在固相萃取(SPE)的基础上结合顶空分析(Headspace)建立起来的一种新型样品制备方法,具有简便,经济、不使用溶剂等优点,并且能做到提取、净化、浓缩和仪器分析同步完成,文中对固相微萃取的装置,原理、萃取条件等、特点,应用及SPME法今后可能发展的方向作以介绍和进行初步探讨。

Abstract:Solid phase micro extraction (abbreviated as SPME) is a novel method of sample preparation used in gas chromatography It is established on the basis of solid phase extraction and head space technique This new method has the merits of simple, inexpensive and using no solvents and also possesses the characteristic of combining extraction, purification, concentration and sample injection in a single step A review is given in this paper, pertaining especially to the apparatus, principle, optimization of extraction conditions and application of SPME, and discussion on its future developments.
