摘    要:研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵和曲通 X- 1 0 0存在下 ,锌与 2 - (3,5-二溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基苯酚的显色反应。结果表明 ,在 p H7.0~ 9.5范围内 ,锌与 2 - (3,5-二溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基苯酚形成 1∶ 2稳定配合物 ,其最大吸收峰位于 572 nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数为 1 .3×1 0 5L·mol-1·cm-1。锌含量在 0~ 1 2 .0 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于测定指甲和人发中微量锌 ,结果满意。

Abstract:The colour reaction of zinc(I) with 3,5-diBr-PADAP in the presence of CTMAB and Triton X-100 is studied. The complex with its molar ratio of 1 to 2 is formed in a pH 7.0~9. 5 buffer solution. The ab sorption maxima lies at 572nm with its apparent molar absorptivity of 1.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~12. 0μg/25ml for zinc(I). The method has been applied to determine microamounts of zinc in human hair and nails with satisfctory results.
