摘    要:研究了用5mol/L盐酸煮沸提取烟叶中的部分金属元素,用ICP-AES测定浸提液,K、Ca、Mg、Cu、B、Ba、Zn获得了较满意的结果,P、Fe、Mn的测定结果稍微偏低。此方法操作简便、快速安全,特别适合大批量烟草样的快速检测。与硝酸-高氯酸湿消化法进行对照,结果吻合得较好。并测定了国家烟草标准样品GBW08514和GBW08515,其结果与标准值相符。

Determination of Some Metal Elements from the HCl Lixivium of Tobacco by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry
Abstract:The methods for the lixiviation of tobacco sample with 5 mol/L HCl and determination of some metal elements with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry were studied. The good result was achieved by the method for the determination of K, Ca, Mg, Cu, B, Ba, Zn, but the measured values of P, Fe, Mn were low silightly. This method was simple, fast and safe. The measured results of this method correspand with the method of digested by HNO 3 HClO 4. The method has been applied to the analysis of tobacco standard samples GBW08514 and GBW08515, the determined values were in agreement with the standard values.
