| 摘 要： | 在氨水与Ｆ＾－存在下，痕量Ｃｕ＾２＋对地氧化氢氧化乙基紫的褪色反应有抑制作用，由此建立了一种高灵敏度（间接摩尔吸光系数ε５９０＝１．５×１０＾６Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１）分光光度测定痕量铜的方法。测量范围为０￣２．０×１０＾－２ｍｇ／Ｌ Ｃｕ＾２＋。用于试样中铜的分析，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | Copper has suppressed effect on the discoloured reaction resulted from hydrogen peroxide oxidizing ethl1 viloet;thus a highly sensitive method for determining trace copper was developed with the sensitivity of and the range of determination of mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of copper in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results. |
