摘    要:建立了动物饲料添加剂中富马酸、乳酸、柠檬酸同时测定的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。样品添加内标酒石酸后,用N,O-双(三甲基硅烷)乙酰胺(BSA)硅烷化,经SE-30毛细管柱色谱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。富马酸、乳酸和柠檬酸的回收率分别为97.4%、97.2%、96.8%。

Abstract:A method for the determination of fumaric acid, lactic acid and citric acid in feed additives by capillary gas chromatography was established. The above organic acids in feed additives were derivatized as silicotrimethane compound using bis (trimethyl silyl) acetamide pyridine solution. The siliconized derivatives were injected into a gas chromatograph with a SE 30 fused silica capillary column with tartaric acid as internal standard. The RSD of the method was 2.1%, 1.8% and 0.9% respectively. The recovery was 97.4%, 97.2% and 96.8% respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of actual sample.
