摘 要: | 芴在煤焦油中的含量为1%~2%,全国每年可从中提取1.4万吨芴.芴是一种带有荧光的片状化合物,作为一种新型的发光材料主要用于制备芴基金属化合物、有机光导体、树脂、染料、Ziegler-Natta催化剂的给电子体等.

Synthesis, crystal structure and biological activity of salicylaldehyde-fluoreylamine Schiff base |

Abstract: | The synthesis of a new Schiff base(salicylaldehyde-fluorenylamine) with fluorene was reported. The molecular structure was characterized by IR,~1H NMR,MS and elementary analysis. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P2(1)/c with a = 1. 60170(6)nm,b = 0. 82261(8)nm,c = 1. 11693 (2)nm,β = 96.671(7)°,V= 1.4617(2) nm~3,Z = 4,D_c = 1. 297g/cm~3,μ(MoKα) = 0.080mm~(-1),F(000) - 600,R_1, = 0. 0857 , WR_2 = 0. 1989. The biological activity test indicated that it was an effective bactericide on bacillus such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus thuring Iensis and Bacillus subtilis. |
