摘    要:本文以异氰尿酸三烯丙酯 TAIC)为交联剂,醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)为单体合成的共聚物(VT),经皂化和活化后,固载上DNA,即得含DNA配体的VT吸附剂。测定了各产物的物理性能,表面形态,红外光谱和血液相容性。实验结果表明:聚合物具有较大平均孔径,皂化后亲水性增强,随活化而使比表面积增大,孔分布趋于均匀,固载DNA的能力高,致使最后产物表面DNA覆盖致密程度高,考察其血液相容性良好,对血小板粘附率约为10%,对白细胞无破坏,每克吸附剂清除抗-DNA蛋白2小时可达60%以上。

Abstract:Vinyl acetate was copolymerized with triallyl isocyanurate which was then saponified, activated, and DNA was immobilized on to the adsorbent. The physical properties and blood compatibility of the adsorbents were determined. Results showed that the copolymers possessed large average pore size and after saponification the hydrophilicity of the copolymer was increased, followed by the activatio the surface area of the copolymer was increased, and the pore distribution was homogenized. The adsorbent showed good blood compatibility. Platelet depletion was about 10% and no destruction of leucocyte was observed. Up to 60% of the an-DNA (0.714 mg/ml, 20 ml was used) was removed by 1 g of adsorbent, during 2 h of adsorption in vitro.
