摘    要:建立了一种简易、快速检测过氧化氢的流动注射电化学发光法。本法基于铂丝阳极在 1.3 V(vs.Ag Cl/Ag)时 ,在含有 Na2 CO3 -Na HCO3 缓冲溶液的 KCl支持电解质中现场产生试剂 ,当注入过氧化氢溶液后即产生电化学发光。加入 Triton X-10 0形成的胶束能增强这一体系的发光强度。该法测定过氧化氢的线性范围为 1.0×10 -7~ 1.0× 10 -5 mol/L,对 4.0× 10 -7mol/L的过氧化氢进行 11次测定的相对标准偏差为 2 .6%。用这一方法对雨水中的过氧化氢进行了测定 ,结果满意。

Abstract:A fast and simple electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method for flowinjection analysis of hydrogen peroxide in the system of 0.80 mol/L KCl containing 2.0×10-3 mol/L Na2CO3-NaHCO3 (pH 9.5) is presented, which is based on the electrogenerated reagent in situ at Pt anodic electrode applied by 1.3 V (vs. AgCl/Ag). The luminescence is produced at once when H2O2 is injected into this system. The ECL can be enhanced by Triton X-100 without any additional blank signal. And the response of ECL on concentration of H2O2 is linear in the range of 1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 mol/L. The relative standard deviation of this method is 2.6% by 4.0×10-7 mol/L H2O2 for 11 determinations, and the detection limit is 3.6×10-8 mol/L. The proposed method for the determination of H2O2 is simple and practical, it has been successfully used for the determination of trace of H2O2 in rain water.
