红外材料HP-ZnS晶体用粉末的处理法

摘    要:本文介绍了制备红外光学材料热压硫化锌(HP-ZnS)用粉末的制备方法和粉末的后处理工艺,运用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对粉末的提纯和后处理方法进行了研究.采用真空热压法制备HP-ZnS多晶体.研究表明,降低粉末的电导率的粉末处理方法能有效降低粉末中阴离子含量,提高HP-ZnS晶体材料的红外透过率.

Abstract:HP-ZnS crystal is one of the most important IR transmittance materials,which is produced by vacuum hot press. In this paper, a new method of reducing anion concentration in ZnS powders was studied. By means of Fourier infrared spectrum analysis, the effects of such powder treatment on properties of HP-ZnS crystals were evaluated. The result shows that such a method is effective on increasing the transmittance of HP-ZnS crystals by lowering the conductance of powders to reduce anion concentration.
