储罐用波纹管的几何非线性分析

摘    要:根据现场实际,对储罐连接波纹管进行了几何非线性有限元分析。将波纹管视为旋转薄壳,基于Sanders小应变,中等转动薄壳理论,通过引入“伪载荷”而建立起一个形式简单,易于实施的迭代格式,并进行了数值求解。文末以50000m^3储罐-波纹管-管道系统为例,研究了波纹管危险点的等效应力随长度的变化规律,并由此给出一种波纹管安全运行长度的设计方法。

Geometrically Nonlinear Analysis for Joint Bellows Between Storage Tank and Pipeline
Abstract:An asymmetrically geometric nonlinear problems of joint bellows between storage tank and pipeline is studied by finite element method according to the practical application of bellows in this paper. The bellows is regarded as a shell of revolution. Thus, based upon the small strains, moderately small rotations nonlinear thin shell theory of Sanders, by treating the nonlinear coupling terms as "pseudo loads" and grouping them with the applied loads, a kind of facile iteration procedure is established and solved. Taking a 50000 m 3 tank bellows pipeline ( TBP ) system for example in the final, equivalent stress in dangerous point of bellows versus its length is studied, and a design method for the reasonable length of bellows is presented.
