摘    要:在润滑油中添加蛇纹石粉体,采用MM-200摩擦磨损试验机研究了45#钢-45#钢摩擦副摩擦磨损特性,借助SEM、EDAX及XPS分析不同润滑条件下45#钢环的表面形貌和成分.实验结果表明:添加剂的加入能够有效地降低摩擦副的磨损量;所形成保护层的主要组成元素为Fe,O,C,Mg和Si,说明添加剂直接参与了膜的形成,而膜的形成不是添加剂粉体简单地附着在摩擦副表面,而是在摩擦磨损过程中发生了一定的分解及物理化学反应,从而形成自修复膜层.

Abstract:Friction and wear properties of 1 045 steel pairs were investigated by MM-200 friction and wear tester under lubricated condition with serpentine additives.The surface topographies and compositions of the worn surface of 1 045 steel rings were analyzed by SEM,EDAX and XPS.The depth analysis of chemical constitution of the self-repairing film was conducted by sputterion method for investigation of the longitudinal distribution of the main component.The additives obviously reduced the wear of the friction pai...
