改善轴向分辨率的光瞳滤波器

摘    要:给出了一种新型滤波器,它即能提高系统的轴向分辨率又不影响其横向分辨率。利用这种滤波器不可以控制远场旁瓣强度的最大值与主瓣强度最大值之比(M),从而获得较好的超分辨效果,还根据扩展结果分析了光瞳滤波器的中间区对轴向分辨率的影响。

Abstract:According to superresolution theorem of improving axial resolution, a new axial pupil filters are proposed. The pupil filters are neutral in the transverse direction and superresolving in the axial direction. The filters have small value of M, defined as the maximum value of sidelobes intensity relative to the central core, and relatively good effect of superresolution is attained. The new filters function based on these results are suggested and the superresolving function of midzone of the filters are discussed.
