摘    要:稀土铽离子能与环丙沙星形成络合物,并发射铽离子的特征荧光,加入表面活性剂SDBS能大大增 强体系的荧光强度,由此建立了表面活性剂敏化的铽离子荧光探针测定环丙沙星的方法。用1 cm石英比色 池在激发波长为300 nm,发射波长为545 nm处测定其荧光强度。在最佳测试条件为pH=8.0-8.5,Tb3+ 浓度为5.0×10-5 mol·L-1,SDBS浓度为8.0×10-4 mol·L-1时,环丙沙星的浓度与体系的荧光强度呈线性 关系,线性范围为2.0×10-8nol·L-1-2.5×10-6mol·L-1,相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为4.0×10-9mol· L-1。该法可用于不同剂型环丙沙星药物的测定。

Abstract:The experiments indicated that terbium(III) ion could complex ciprofloxacin, then emitted the characteristic fluorescence of terbium(III) ion. When the surfactant of SDBS was added, the fluorescence intensity of the system was greatly increased. From this, a sensitive method of determining the ciprofloxacin was developted. The fluorescence intensity was determined by a 1 cm quartz cell with the excitation wavelength of 300 nm and the emission wavelength of 545 nm. The optimal conditions are as follows: pH 8.0-8.5, the concentration of terbium(III) is 5.0 x 10(-5) mol x L(-1), the surfactant concentration of SDBS is 8.0 x 10(-4) mol x L(-1). The linear range is 2.5 x 10(-6) mol x L(-1) -2.0 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1), and the detection limit (S/N = 3) is 4.0 x 10(-9) mol x L(-1). The presented method was applied to determine the real pharmaceuticals of ciprofloxacin.
