摘    要:以钨盐涂覆石墨管提高测定生物样品中钡的灵敏度,以基体改进剂提高分析精度,显著延长石墨管使用寿命,方法简便快速,得到了较好的回怍率和精密度。

Abstract:Using a tungstate coated graphite tube,trace barium in biological samples was determined by Zeeman graphite AAS.The sensitivity of Ba can be significantly improved.The precision and the lifetime of graphite tube have been improved by adding matrix modifier.The method is simple.The recovery and precision are satisfactory.
