摘    要:合成了配合物Ni(2,2′-biby)(H2O)4]·(Htba)2·5H2O单晶,分子式中2,2′-biby为2,2′-联吡啶,H2tba为2-硫代巴比妥酸。通过红外光谱、元素分析和单晶X-射线衍射表征其结构,单晶X-射线衍射结果表明,该配合物单晶属于正交晶系,Pbca 空间群,晶胞参数为a=13.662(2) Å,b=19.470(4)Å,c=21.590(4) Å。应用紫外光谱和荧光光谱研究了其与鲱鱼精DNA/牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,研究结果表明,标题化合物与DNA为静电结合,对牛血清白蛋白发生静态猝灭作用。

Abstract:A Ni(Ⅱ) coordination complex Ni(2,2′-biby) (H2O)4]·(tba)2·5H2O(2,2′-biby=2,2′-dipyridine, H2tba=2-thiobarbituric acid ) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, element analysis and single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The results of single crystal X-ray diffractometry displayed that the title compound belongs to orthorhombic with space group of Pbca, and its cell parameters are a=13.662(2)Å,b=19.470(4)Å,c=21.590(4)Å. The binding of title compound with Herring sperm DNA/BSA has been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra, and the results displayed that the title compound binds with DNA in electrostatic interaction mode, and quenches the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA by a static quenching mechanism.
