| 摘 要： | 讨论了CLBO晶体用于高效率三倍频的机理，从理论上分析了产生高次谐波转换的基本特性，对CLBO晶体在高功率激光装置中产生高效率谐波转换的基本参数进行了数值模拟计算，并与KDP晶体三次谐波转换的特性进行了比较，给出了CLBO 晶体产生高效率谐波转换的基本条件。

| Abstract: | The mechanisms of CLBO crystal using for high efficiency third harmonic conversion are discussed, and the basic characters of high efficiency harmonic conversion on theory is analyzed. The numerical simulation of basic parameters of third harmonic conversion for CLBO crystal on the high power laser facility are presented. Compared the characters of third harmonic conversion with KDP crystal. Provided basic conditions using for to generate high efficiency third harmonic conversion of CLBO crystal. |
