摘    要: 通过用1.06μm连续波YAG激光对PC型HgCdTe探测器的辐照实验研究, 给出了激光对单元和多元PC型HgCdTe探测器的不同部位辐照的破坏阈值。对工作电流对破坏阈值的影响进行了一定的分析。对测量结果进行了讨论。

Abstract:Under the irradiation of the CW YAG laser, the damage thresholds of one nuit and multi unit PC type HgCdTe detector are given in this paper. It also gives the damage thresholds of different position of irradiation. The relation of the influence of operating current to damage thresholds has been investigated experimentally. The results of measurement have been analyzed.
